I love 520 Tavern the food is always delicious. The service is not always friendly, but they give you everything you ask for without a smile. They play great R&B music. I frequent this place a bunch. I'm sad it had to close.

I was out of town on business and found this spot on tiktok, and I had to try it. I had the Shrimp Alfredo with spinach, and it was so ? yummy ❤️. Seasoned well and creamy. Jikeya and her fellow server were so personable, sweet, and attentive. When I'm back in town, I will definitely be back. Not to mention, when I'm not working, I will have a drink too. Lol. The bar looked inviting. Well, back to work. Keep up the great work in the kitchen and the great service in the front ladies. ?

The wings were bomb, the seafood fries were delicious, and the atmosphere was solid. Only downside was the actual building needs some renovations that I'm sure will come in due time. Parking is also super limited due to the location being on White Bluff Rd.
I got the lemon pepper wings with fries. It didn't have enough lemon pepper on the wings for me and the fries were bland no salt or anything. They also gave me the wrong dipping sauce.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at 520 Tavern. I had the salmon bowl and my husband had the wings. Both were excellent! Our server was super sweet and attentive. We will be back every time we visit Savannah from now on!

So,…..I really wanted to like this place! My husband and I ordered 3 non-alcoholic mimosas (just juice and syrup).We wanted to mix them, but we were only allowed to have one glass at the table per person. Ummmmmmm what? ? Is the glass not included when I order a drink? That’s unsanitary! You can’t even use the same plate at a buffet for that reason alone! They said they would give us a refill (at the bar) from our glass once we finished.I can’t rate the food because we paid our drink (juice) tab, tipped our waitress well, and left. I will say that other’s customers food looked and smelled good.The music was awesome, but the decor is lacking. There are leaks. One of which has a bucket in the middle of the floor and the other is falling in the floor (potential lawsuit). The tables were not clean, and the booths are ripped and torn.The waitress was awesome!The purpose for leaving the review is constructive criticism! When you serve the public, you should want to hear from the public to see how you can improve. The improvements show that you are listening.(Response to owner: As I forestated, we DID have a great server! My life is actually great! Thanks for your concern!You seriously lack the ability to understand constructive criticism. I got the shrimp Alfredo and it was probably one of the best shrimp Alfredo I've ever had. great amount of flavor and tastes amazing with the broccoli added. One friend got the Po Boy Shrimp Burger and he loved it. shrimp was really good and had a great fried crust. also, the onion rings are quite good. definitely stop by this place if nearby. great vibes, sweet people, and amazing music.
I typically order from here once or twice a week however today my experience was different I picked up my food and it was not what I ordered so I returned it. When I got back home the wings were not fully cooked and the woman that waited on me acted as if she had an attitude. I've spent a lot of money at this establishment and I can say you guys definitely lost a good customer. You guys need to hire people with better customer service and better cooks the food was horrible my dinner was completely ruined?.

Omg where do I begin. Seriously some of the best food I've had out in awhile. Little joint, good prices, amazing flavor. Everything was awesome! No complaints just wish I wasn't just visiting Savannah otherwise this would be a definite regular stop for me. Keep it up!

Lucky they get a 2 star from me. Food was ok. Little salty. Visit at your own risk. Because the short chucky chick needs an attitude adjustment. Had a whole 15 minute conversation. Yet we watched her the entire time. Then had the audacity to get upset when she got no tip.

My wife and I went in for dinner to try something new and, man, we're we blown away! I got the Tavern Bowl with 2 crab cakes, they had no filler in them, it was all crab meat perfectly seasoned, the rice was fluffy and flavorful, and the veggies were done just right. My wife had the shrimp po boy and onion rings, both of which had just the lightest batter on them, that was again, perfectly seasoned. My wife liked my rice so much she ordered herself an extra side of it. Our waitress was alone in the restaurant and was amazing, juggling all the tables with ease and made sure none of us felt like we weren't getting her attention. We will absolutely be back!
