This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Don’t waste your time or money on this “restaurant.”

I recently ordered from 520 Wings, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I ordered wings with garlic parmesan sauce and a side of fries. To start, the wings were completely unseasoned, and the garlic parmesan sauce tasted off, making the wings unappetizing. The fries were soggy and lacked any crispness, even though I had to wait for my food.
The state of the restaurant itself was concerning. The inside had a sour smell, like old mop water, and it was clear that it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a while. The two young ladies at the counter were pleasant enough, but the man cooking in the back, who I assume to be the manager, was quite unpleasant. He was short and rude when one of the women asked him a question, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere.
Overall, the place feels like it’s in dire need of a deep clean, a new cook, and possibly a full remodel. I won’t be returning to 520 Wings.

From out of town, Miami to be exact I am new here just stop and get some food. The food was not worth the money the service I do not want to talk about it. I wouldn’t even tell a friend to come here. I ordered a pasta. It looked like they rushed it out.

Horrible Service. Waited 2 hrs and still didn’t get our food. Ask for a refund and one guy in the back wouldn’t do it. Then another cashier by the name of trinity came to assist and she was very helpful! It’s sad that we place an order at 10:20pm to be exact & there was other people that came in after to order and got their orders before mines. We finally gave up and left approximately 2 hrs afterwards.

we got to the 520 wings and the parking lot was all torn up and confusing then we went inside and were greeted by water falling on to our heads from the ceeling like im talking dumping out of the ceeling (it was not raining) then we ordered our food and the lady at the front was interrupting my boyfriend by gossiping to another staff member and we waited for the wings while someone tried to fix the ceeling with a pair of tongs and then received the wings and went home , the fries were soggy and tasted like school cafeteria fries and the ranch was gross then 4 hours later i am writing this review from my toilet and i am fighting for my life in here bro like it's rly bad , i respect the hustle but i will not be returning to 520 wings

After figuring out where to get our wings for our safety meeting a few employees suggested 520 wings. The wings we received were almost in eatable it was like eating chicken jerky hard tough. We received three flavors. I would not recommend this place period. The owner should try them. Personally I think they suck.

The building is run down and filthy. Absolutely disgusting on the inside and out. Even the door handle is sticky. The staff was relatively polite although the gossip was unfiltered and it didn’t matter if customers were in the building or not. The food is not good, but the sauce on the wings and the fries make up for the quality. We got the chicken wing combo. The wings were TINY and dry as ever. Overall, everything about this location was filthy & ghetto. I don’t recommend going alone or with children. It’s sketchy. I personally would never visit again or recommend this “restaurant “ to anyone.
Parking: The parking lot is absolutely horrendous. There is not enough space to turn around so you have the essentially back out onto the busy street or back into the parking lot in order to not be parked in.

I live in Hinesville, I just recently gave birth to my baby boy, even though I was discharged he’s still in the NICU. I’ve been at the hospital all day and finally had time to order me something to eat. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak & 5 Piece Wing Combo, let’s just say they pretty much gave me a bread sub cause they were seriously lacking on the steak. The little bit of steak they did have on it was dry, and salty. Once my order is messed up the first time, I don’t trust it being remade either. I’ve worked in Food Service all my adult life, so I know how nasty people can be, especially being that they were already nasty, so I know I wasn’t about to ask them to remake anything. Customer service was horrible as well, no one greeted anybody that walked in, and let’s not forget the nasty attitudes as well. I’ve been a customer for years, but I won’t be back after this.

Me and my fiancé came down to Savannah, for the day from Dawsonvile and I will say best food I have ever eaten in my life I can really tell that it’s made fresh and with love customer service is excellent very nice people . Me and my fiancé both got meals for only 30$ not bad at all!! Especially for bomb food definitely recommend eating here
It was a little hot in here but the food was definitely worth it! My son had the burger and I had the honey bbq wings and needless to say we cleaned our fingers and plates. Very delicious
