I didn’t know at the time when I came into 520 wings/Bull Street that they were about to close within a few minutes. I ordered a wing combo meal and the chicken was so tough and dried up and the fries were half cooked I could not even eat any of it. I was so mad, when I called the next day they refused to give me anything unless I had that combo mess/food to return to them. They will never get another dime from me when I paid $12 for that crap. I will be reporting this elsewhere too- because you can’t just take people money and if they’re not satisfied with the food just refuse to make it right- that’s bad business. Had they been still open that same day after Ihad bought the food, I would have still had the combo to return. The General Manager is pathetic- and they want make it too far treating customers that way-

I was hoping this food would be good However I am Highly Disappointed. I ordered via uber eats 2 lamb gyros with extra ziti sauce. There was no option to pay for more so I added it in the note to add extra. Needless to say I will. NEVER order from this place Again. Glad whoever else received the properly cooked & prepared food and liked it.

Received my gyros and lo and behold when I opened them……. the disgust of the over cooked alleged lamb that looks and Feels like tree bark, it was frozen not the original on a vertical spit. The old tzatziki sauce( consistency of feta cheese)was only a teaspoon at best combined from both treebarked sandwiches. The said sauce was stiff like it was frozen and then tried to thaw it, they then had the Nerve to wrap this and send this foolishness to a possible repeat customer. But oh well $30 down the drain. Lesson learned. I’ll just go to salim deli, they weren’t open at the time but still wanted to add a new spot to my list. Do better, you’re open based on the business of your customers.

Came in like 20 min to close but they had me on and out in like 7 minutes, got my order perfect and the service was impeccable! Thank y'all so much, I know how annoying it is when a customer comes in like right at close but y'all handled it with professionalism and the food was amazing 😍

Their wings and fries are good.

Decided to try their Alfredo. It's horrendous. Somehow tastes worse than canned Alfredo. Plus with overcooked noodles. Get something else.

I'm not sure why this place is still open. I'm traveling from out of town and we wanted to decide where to eat at. So we tried this place. Upon walking in the cashier did not have the greatest customer service but she was okay. She did make suggestions on the menu. I give her that. We told her we were first timers in which she told the manager lady whom came out the bathroom a few moments after we arrived. The manager didn't seem to care to even welcome in new faces. Heck she didn't even SPEAK SMILE TALK OR ANYTHING ELSE That you would typically expect from a manager. Upon receiving our order, I asked the cashier. Did they just make the fries because the fries were not hot in which she responded? Would you like for us to make them fresh? In which I responded. Yes, that would be nice. Thank you. She then passed the order on to the manager lady Who seemed like she was VERY unsatisfied with us asking for new fries. So in turn, I just asked for a refund. Because who wants to spend money on a $20 meal with cold fries. Then she came out with the nastiest attitude to give us a refund. However, I did not cause an issue or make a scene. I received my money and left the restaurant Never to return. Hopefully, 1 day if I do.They have a new manager. Because I know she could not be the face that they want for their business especially if they want people to come in and spend their money Now I have to find somewhere else to eat. Anyone got any suggestions For a nice restaurant in Savannah Georgia with better customer service.
And workers without attitudes who are not on their cell phones or picking at their nails.

Visited Savannah and decided to give 520 Wings a try. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite meet expectations. The fries were undercooked and lacked that crispy finish, and the blue cheese dressing was extremely watery closer to the consistency of water than a dip. The wings themselves had good flavor, but definitely could have been fried a bit harder for better texture. Hoping for improvements, because the spot has potential.
