Love it, food choices are different , and that is what I look for in a restaurant. I don't want things I can cook at home, Alligator Soul makes that happen. Will for sure come back as the Chef changes what is on the menu often. If you like to experience wild food this is your place.

Excellent culinary experience. We had the Crispy Alligator and Duck Fat Frites for appetizers. Maybe the best French fries I've ever had. For entrees we had the Bone-in Bison Short Rib and Wild Boar Volcano Shank. Bison was delectable and braised perfectly tender. The Boar shank was Smokey and had a great depth of flavor. Entire meal was glorious.

This is probably my favorite restaurant in Savannah. The wild game menu is amazing. I have been here a few times now and will definitely be going more before I finish work in town. Highly recommend the Elk if on menu. It was a busy night last night but Amanda and the bartender did an amazing job and my group loved the place.

The Oysters and Grilled Octopus were the best I have ever had. Awesome service, drinks and great atmosphere. My husband's steak was good. The halibut was ok but portion was small. We would go back for sure.

My partner and I were just passing through Savannah for one day, trying as many different places as we could. We made reservations for Alligator Soul and were concerned that all we could consume at this point in the day was appetizers and drinks. The server was very understanding and accommodating. We ordered the Crispy Alligator, Crispy Squash Blossoms, and the Oysters A La Soul. My favorite were the blossoms though, everything was delicious. The ambience is perfect for a romantic dinner or just a private event. The food was fantastic and just as described. Harley, our server was attentive and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a foodie experience with ambience and an elegant dinner.
