Order food for delivery and asked for ranch and utensils and didn’t got any. It also took over 30 minutes to find a driver to pick up my food just ridiculous. May arrive and it was cold it okay. I truly did wish that I got my ranch and utensils that I specifically asked for.

Terrible food. The chicken wings must have been made from Cornish hens and the burger tasted like a Bubba burger. It was a perfect disc shaped burger and the outer part was very hard. I threw everything away in the parking lot for the animals to eat. I'll never go back there again.

Horrible the wings taste like they have changed sauces prices are high as hell and this was the best one in Savannah now I'm done with them for good if u know like me u better keep your money and start making your own wings or find another wing place and then they want answer the phone cause they already know it's someone calling bout there food
Its a nice spot and the food is good. The staff was cool as well. Travis Hunter ended up coming in while we were there too. So that was cool. The only thing that I had a problem with was the size of the wings other than that it was a nice experience

I placed an online pickup order on the 25th on American Delis website, and for some reason the order was sent to this location which is 3 hours away from where i live. I called the store as soon as I realized the mistake which was literally 10 minutes after I placed the order and asked them to cancel since it was the wrong location, they told me they could not since their online orders go through doordash, and that I would have to call Door dash, which I did, and Door dash told me they are just a support service and the store has to refund me. I called the store back and spoke to a manager, who said they were going to reach out to doordash and call me back. I waited over 2 hours and heard nothing before I called back and all the gentleman said was he couldnt do anything and that he could make me food whenever I was in town. I do not go and have never been to Savannah. If it was $10-15 it wouldnt be an issue, but this order was for OVER $70!! I called doordash back and they said that the store marked the order as complete after I told them this order was sent to the wrong location and to please cancel it! I have been trying for almost a week to get my money back for a service I NEVER received. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I would like the OWNER to contact me to have this issue addressed.
