Nuyobori here... I was planning to move to Savannah a few years back just wasn't sure what area. On a scouting trip here, I found this restaurant and knew Savannah (and Windsor Forest) was my new home. Nothing I've ever eaten from here (except a random tres leches once) has disappointed me. Pernil? Perfectly seasoned, tender, the cuero super crunchy. Arroz con Gandules? Absolutely perfect. Maduros? Delicious and cooked exactly right with the little caramelized bits....
Awesome first time visit! You get what you pay for - in a good way! They food was not cheap, and the place was not fancy, but the flavor and quality made me feel like I step off a cruise in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico! Only cobblestone streets would have made it feel more authentic! Thank You! What a great experience!
Los DomiRican is the spot for some delicious home-cooked food. The food and service are good, and I love the fact that they make you feel like family as soon as you walk through the front door. I go there a few times a week to get some rice, beans, stewed chicken, plantains, and yuca. I highly recommend them when you want a break from fast food.
