EDIT: Drove up there for the 2nd time and they STILL left off my sides. Absolutely f’ing ridiculous!!

Came for pickup and the left off an entire steak dinner and all the sides. Tipped $8 on the order. No answer when I called the restaurant twice. Went back up and got the food, so now I can enjoy a dinner that’s been sitting around for an hour. No offer for any refunds or anything at all. Absolutely ridiculous, I worked in restaurant management for 5 years, it’s not that hard to double check a bag before you hand it out. Especially when it has a decent tip on it and you didn’t even have to do anything other than box it up and hand it out.

I went here for dinner one evening and the service was terrible. I was waiting for about 10 minutes before a staff member came over to sit my party of two. Once we finally ordered they didn't have everything for the drinks and when they brought over the item they needed to finish my drink at my table, it made a huge mess. We also had to wait 40 minutes for a 6oz steak and chicken/shrimp.

Stopped here as a late light dinner. Was only given the option to sit at a high top table because the tables weren’t cleaned yet. Not a fan of high top tables in restaurants. The servicer was great. I ordered random items because I didn’t want a heavy meal that late.

The breadsticks were great. Loved the artichoke dip/chips and a side of garlic mashed potatoes. ( I know… random. Right? ) The only problem was that all the portions were too small.

Will probably go again in the future.

2 for $28. Ordered 6oz steak, broccoli w butter, and creamy mash potatoes. Bone less wings. Everything about that meal was delicious, especially the steak, WoW!

Should have known the moment we sat down. Our waitress was not welcoming. We dined in with 7 of our kids, which were very well behaved, so I don't see an issue with that. I would have appreciated it if she would have given us a chance. The place was about half full, not very busy. They took a long time to get our order. Not only did she not ask my wife what kind of drink she wanted, and when our food came in one of the dishes had hair in it. They also missed a soft drink for one of the meals. Throughout the whole time she did not ask for refills or provided any other service.

Kid-friendliness: There were plenty of kids which was a welcoming sight. However I didn't feel comfortable with the attitude of the staff.

Wow! This Applebees is so refreshing. I was beginning to think that decent service and decent food were a thing of the past until I stopped here for lunch today. We were greeting at the front door by the manager who welcomed us and immediately took us to our seat. Our server (Trenice W.) was incredible. She promptly came to the table and took our beverage orders and returned and took our food order. She was very smooth and professional. She checked back in with us during our meal, and the manager also stopped by to check on us. All of this was so incredibly smooth, like a well oiled machine. The food was delivered hot and flavorful without excessive wait. If you eat out much at all, you know that good quality food, reasonably priced, well proportioned and delivered hot, with great customer service in a CLEAN RESTAURANT, is almost impossible to find in one location. I encourage you to eat here. I will definitely be going back. I didn't get the managers name, but I will get it the next time.

We gave Applebee's a second chance, and it was AMAZING! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and inviting. We got seated and waited on right away. The food was so good! Everything came out hot and right. We didn't have to wait long for our food. The waitress checked on us constantly to make sure we were alright. I'm glad we went back, I'm able to give a positive review.
