I want to give a huge shoutout to Craig, the manager at this Applebee’s. His spirit is absolutely beautiful — warm, open-hearted, funny, down-to-earth, and genuinely caring. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with friendliness, great communication, and real customer service energy.

Craig truly made my day. He handled everything with kindness and professionalism, and you can tell he really loves what he does and treats people with respect. Encounters like that matter, and I appreciate him for it.

Our server Sonya was awesome. She was attentive and so sweet. But the food was awful. I couldn’t eat the Mac and cheese because it was tasteless! I ate the tenders on it and they were not good. My husband got FOOD POISIONING from his chicken. We used to love the food at this location but the cooks dropped the ball.

Everything was average good. Applebee's used to do better with customer service, and the portion sizes have definitely decreased. I recommend the chicken bowl it was a good and hearty....just a little dry, it needed some sauce! 🤷🏽 Once we added the extra sauce, it was yummy!!!

don’t go to this place unless you want to be ignored for 30 minutes after sitting down and deal with rude staff. at one point, a waitress took our kisok machine from the table, and helped another table order, then proceeded to ignore us after.

Lisa was the best server EVER. Honestly all reataurant considered, Lisa's recommendations were spot on! She was friendly, made us feel welcomed, and offered the best food suggestions. We had really good food, with one of the best server's what more could you ask for on a long road trip.

Got the Burbon street steak it took so long I waited patiently for a kids meal steak.
No way was it 8 oz. It was tasty but small, Unfortunately 18.00 doesn't buy a real 8oz steak here.

I want to start by saying that our server was awesome. She was super attentive and helped us with any problems we faced. However, the food was not good at all and didn't meet our expectations. I tried the chicken parm for the first time, and it was terrible. The chicken seemed overcooked, and the seasoning was just thrown on top. I couldn't eat it at all. Someone else at our table ordered the same dish and didn't like hers either. They should definitely remove this from the menu right away. I switched to the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp to go. But when I tasted it, the chicken was burnt on the backside, which made every bite taste charred. However the shrimp Alfredo and sirloin were cooked ok. This could have been an off day, but it was enough for me not to visit this location for awhile.

On 204 in Savannah Crystal was our server and she was great! Never an empty glass and very polite and friendly!

Food was not cooked to the way we ordered it. Steak was orders rare and was medium well, plate was small as well. I ordered the pasta and chicken and it was covered in sauce and chicken looked thrown on top. Years ago it use to be better not sure what Apple bees is doing but they are going down hill. I have tried many locations over the past few months and it's all getting worst.

EDIT: Drove up there for the 2nd time and they STILL left off my sides. Absolutely f’ing ridiculous!!

Came for pickup and the left off an entire steak dinner and all the sides. Tipped $8 on the order. No answer when I called the restaurant twice. Went back up and got the food, so now I can enjoy a dinner that’s been sitting around for an hour. No offer for any refunds or anything at all. Absolutely ridiculous, I worked in restaurant management for 5 years, it’s not that hard to double check a bag before you hand it out. Especially when it has a decent tip on it and you didn’t even have to do anything other than box it up and hand it out.
