We have been coming here on our travels from NC to South Florida for 6 years. Tonite was a special experience at Aqua Star. Chef Luke and Caroline gave us a five star dinner experience. The resort is immaculate and the staff are courteous and experienced .
Definitely worth a visit or stay.

The new menu is very good. The friend chicken skins and pimento cheese with hot honey was delicious. The lemon ricotta cheesecake was also great. Clarence, our waiter, was wonderful. Friendly and great service.

What a beautiful restaurant. The service itself was absolutely amazing. The breakfast buffet, it was it to die for. We tried to have a dinner there one night now.I know that they were in the middle of changing things around, but we did not have the best experience. The wait time for the food was way too long. And once it came some of it had to be sent back, they did try to accommodate us, though. And to make up for it by some free wine and a free breakfast buffet. So that was...
