Okay, so I had the Italian sandwich from Arby’s, and honestly, it was pretty underwhelming. The sandwich was not as big as I thought it to be and the meats didn't have much flavor. It wasn't terrible, but definitely not something I'd order again.I would like to know where the one on the commercial is made.

This is the only location I go to almost every day. I always order a medium crinkle-cut fry and a large strawberry lemonade. I’m not sure if the person taking my order is new, but one time I asked for a medium crinkle fry and received curly fries instead. I assumed it was just a mistake and politely explained that it wasn’t what I ordered. However, the next time I went, I ordered two medium fries and ended up receiving two small fries that looked like they came from the kids’ meal. I paid almost $10 for everything. I’m really disappointed and don’t think I’ll be coming back.
Gets my order right every time. So update 6 years later and they are still getting my orders right every time and now that I’m using the app, whoa at the deals they kick my way.

I ordered 4 deluxe burgers some fries and one wrap, they gave me 2 regular burgers and put some chopped up burger patties on some flat bread with everything you put on a burger with no wrap I don’t know what they got going on but people don’t play about they food after we spent our money
