Rude was my first impression as soon as I went through the drive thru. Was told to pull by the door but I couldn’t because an employee was parked there. Got a French dip with no dip, got a euro with a dab of sauce , tenders with no honey mustard

I ordered a beef and cheddar and this is what I got really... I live on the south side and didn't open my food till I got home. And got charged for a Beef N Cheddar. Not a regular sandwich. Don't think I will go back to this location

Look, I love Arby's food but I dislike that they require you to pull forward to the door at the drive through instead of staying at the window. Even if no one else is there. I know it is silly to most but I won't go back because of this. Just feels awful. So I'll go to a different Arby's even if it means a drive.

Simple order. 1 medium curly fry, 1 large curly fry, 2 medium drinks and a cup of Au Jus sauce. Repeated this order multiples times and got to the window paid and notice they only added 1 drink and no Au Jus sauce. Got the second drink but didn’t even bother with the sauce since we repeated this order multiples times and it was still wrong. Poor service.
