This Arby's is under new management, and it's very clean inside and the employees are very friendly. Hopefully I will be starting to work there in a few days.....

Arby's on derenne service is horrible I was at drive-thru I told the young lady I couldn't hear her and I kept repeating myself several times so I decided to go in as I went in the young lady at the front register she wasn't very friendly at all I noticed the guy on the fries fixing fries but he was touching people fries with his hands so I was like y'all don't wear gloves so one of the young ladies out of drive-thru was like as long as our hands are clean we can do that I was like nah that's not right and she said what PCP said we can it's like she want to go back and forth but I wouldn't and so the young lady on the registers kept making faces her name was Heather the general manager name was Dan he wasn't apologetic to anything so I just asked him for my money back and it didn't look too clean in me they need to do something with customer service because it's not good they need to improve I have never experienced that for my Arby's when I go to the Arby's and I got a refund back on my money would I recommend that Arby's on derenne no I wouldn't

Your food is very good. However. Your slow service via drive thru is appalling. I only visit your locations when I have an extra 15-20 minutes to complete a drive thru transaction at the W. Derenne location in Savannah, Ga.

Man….wtf is this? Order from the one on abercorn cause the one on derenne is awful. This is how I opened my French dip sandwich. Not to mention there was no au ju like there was supposed to be. But man…y’all punch my sandwich or something? Was mine the last one on someone’s shift when they quit? Lot of rage in this sandwich, I can feel it.

I've tried to give this location a chance but anytime and any day they seem to be short on everything food, patience, and workers. The wait at this location to have an order taken and receive food are always outrageously long. Sadly this location fails at every point of being fast food.
