Me and my sister went through the drive thru last night and ordered the 2 for 7. I got beef n cheddar and she got fish. Both of the sandwiches were cold to the touch even though we had to wait 15 minutes at the window. Between us and the ONE car in line behind us, the restaurant was dead as a door nail, and it was only 9:30pm! My beef n cheddar had absolutely only two tiny slices of beef on it, gobs of cold Arby's sauce, and soggy cold bread from it sitting obviously for hours pre made. I will never return to this location again! Ridiculous staff to serve food that way!

The employees were extremely nice and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The fried turkey sandwich was delicious!
The shake machine was down, so I couldn't get everything I was after (this was the second time in 3 visits...), but overall, the food and staff were great!

I don't know if you have a problem with hiring people. But the people at this restaurant have very poor customer service skills and to tell you the truth I'm probably never going to eat here again. The food was decent, not the attitude
If you order a beef and chedder MAKE SURE YOU CHECK IT. Almost EVERY time I order a beef and cheddar from this location, I get a regular roast beef sandwich.
