Natalia was the person who helped me at the counter. I had a particularly large order and a few too many coupons and she handled it like it was nothing. Super fast, extremely friendly, and she was just awesome the whole time. I couldn’t have been more pleased or impressed.

There use to be a guy who worked drive through who was SO great. Now there’s some girl working who’s SO rude, she makes you nervous even wanting to order more food. To make it even better she apparently makes her own hours. Tried to go there tonight 30 whole minutes before they closed for her to tell us they’re already closed for the night. Funny they weren’t closed at this time the other week though…

Slow order and putting out of food. I'd love to be able to hear the lobby music but it's overpowered by an employee who plays their personal music on their speaker super loud and it's nothing but religious music. And all the employees are just yelling over each other in the kitchen.

So this would probably be about the fourth or fifth time I've ordered from Arby's and it never fails they either don't put on what I asked for or what I paid for or they just put the regular stuff that that's on it that I asked to be removed and they dumped a gallon of the sauce on the sandwich I have gotten it delivered wrong I have picked up wrong I have gone in the store place the order still got the order wrong the incompetence of the story is beyond ridiculous

Arby's is great , it's like a casual style of fancy fast food, potato cakes are the best , and the milkshake are excellent, the roast beef and chicken sandwichs are the bomb ??

The staff was actually extremely friendly, I was surprised! The only thing is, the drink lid area was pretty dirty which kind of threw me off since the lids were touching that area, but the food was great.

Walking in, and you’re immediately hit with 80’s/90’s vibes. I’m not sure if they’re trying for a retro look, or if it’s just that old, but it definitely has that look. It’s not bad, and looks well maintained if it’s that old. The service was great, I was greeted twice within a minute of walking in, and received my food really quick. The only two issues I had is the burger says it comes cooked medium, but you can request well done, and mine came well done. It was still a good burger though. The big issue I had were the fries. I had a medium and a large fry, and both of them were far from being filled. By the time I saw it, I’d already made it back to my hotel, so there was nothing I could do. Overall it wasn’t bad, but I definitely didn’t get my moneys worth on the fries.
