The food was great! the best fried rice I've had since I moved to Savannah. The California roll was absolutely amazing and extremely crunchy in a good way. will definitely try again!

I walk in thinking they have a all you can eat option in this store the lady looked at me like they don't do that I'm like how the hell two weeks ago I went they had that option like y'all don't hold up to your expectations man yall trash never wasting my money here and recommending no goes here anymore that's sad worse location here every put up a sign next time saying yall don't do all you can eat anymore dam false advertisemen..

I took my daughter to have an early dinner, we were the only customers in the restaurant. They only gave to my daughter two out of the 3 items (soup, pasta and a sushi roll) that she order, they never gave me my food (poke bowl). We had to go after 40 minutes waiting. They charged me for the whole amount even though I never got my food. Never again will attempt to go back to this restaurant.

Inedible food. Rice was soggy, no flavor to sauce, except way too much pepper (ouch!), chicken (masaman curry) and shrimp (szechuan peppercorn) had no flavor. Egg roll crust was too thick and greasy - also with no flavor.

I am sorry to make this review and I will take it down in 1 week because I don’t believe in hurting a company in the digital world. Your food is some of the best Asian food in town. Your service is so so bad that even with 5 star food, I still give you a 1 star. The atmosphere is pretty subpar as well. I come to your eatablishment for lunch a couple times a month. The same 2 servers are working every time and they have no idea how to provide even decent service. I figured you should know what peoples opinions are. I will remove this eventually but wanted you to have all information needed to run a good business. Thank you

Came in tonight to do a to go order.The atmosphere was very chill,warm and inviting.Food was absolutely delicious.Hot and fresh, I definitely will be back! Excellent service and food.

I have been a customer of there's for years and was so excited to find them and their new location. They must have been busy because every table in there was dirty. There was 1 server doing it all she had her ear buds in so she could not hear me whenever I needed something. Food was ok I cleaned my plate. My son got the duck it was not good at all and the Boba tea was weird. Needless to say I'm not coming back.

The food is FANTASTIC. I am so disappointed in the service here. Our waiter was very rude. Tried talking to him and he would walk away. Even trying to say thank you he would still say nothing and walk away. A different waitress helped us and she was nice to an extent. Really wish I had a better response to this place especially for my first time trying it…

Went here yesterday. Extremely poor service. Asked the server for a few seconds to look over the menu. She came back 20 mins later after trying to flag her down multiple times. The last kids food finally came out after we finished eating. Never checked on us. We got up to find our own chopsticks and soy sauce cause she ignored us. Never got a single drink refill when everyone had empty drinks after an extended wait. Then she added 20% gratuity to a table of 2 adults and 3 children. Last visit to this place. Won’t be going back. Probably why the Pooler location closed too. It’s to hard to keep a restaurant open with horrible wait staff even if the food is good. It’s a shame. Then to gouge your customers for 20% on top of that. No thanks ✌️
