Went to just get some pretzel bites. The lady was literally started taking my order, then walked away to do a mobile order and never came back student line for five minutes while everybody else was going around me because the person was on the cashier looked at me and then decided to continue taking orders from somebody else’s instead of coming to help me do not recommend this place has completely went downhill

WHY DO customers have to be abused by a depressed server across the counter? AND I feel like she's doing me a favor by serving me since I am paying over $30 for food. ISN'T IT HER JOB TO SERVE US? Ordered 2 large nuggets and both were burnt and tested stale. The person who waited on us was not friendly and did not talk to us or say thank you. The people who was waited on after us the person was friendly to them!! It was the first Auntie Anne’s we had that was POOR quality.

The line was painful but only because people love to complain about things that inconvenience them. If you want a pretzel that bad, just wait the 7 minutes Samantha. If you see that there's no more super duper sprinkle nibblers or whatever in the window don't get mad that they can't make them appear from thin air Kevin. People need to chill bro fr.The pretzel took a minute but they were clearly busy. It was fresh and hot (because I waited). Customer service was great considering the way people were acting in the line. I'll be back.
They are very rude! I arrived at 7 pm and there was a line and they told me: I'm sorry, I can't help you because we're already closed! They should improve the service and close at 8 as indicated or change the schedule.

Employees are super rude and super Slow if I could I would give 0 stars!!!!Zero cominicating between the employees looks like they all hate each other..also there receipt is very unclear you don't know what you paid for since it's not listed!! Oglethorpe mall location
Terrible customer service. This is multiple stores I've been to in recent months that I haven't been able to get a pretzel dog. I've been given every excuse you can think of. I've been told inventory has already been done (@ lunchtime) to they are too busy doing catering (while multiple employees are standing around doing nothing), to just "No, we're out" even after I said I'd wait for them to make more. Not sure who is hiring & doesn't seem to be management that care to do anything. I don't think I'll ever go back!

Some big black girl at the register said “they don’t pre-order” & “that we had to come back in 15 minutes “ but when the 15 minutes was up and we came back , their was lame with people that already paid for the cinnamon buns . So there was someone different at the register, and he was just passing them out to the ones that already paid . Then he said “that’s the rule ,but hey “ So when I got my cinnamon bun , it had hair in it . Horrible customer service .

Do not deserve the one. Oglethorpe mall Auntie Anne’s is terrible service. Have plenty of workers 4 to be exact. Said they had no pretzel bites and had no idea how long it takes. Finally got an answer of 8 minutes. So went with 2 pretzels even though kids wanted bites. Was told they have no iced brew coffee. After ordering guy put pretzel bites in the window. CLUELESS on what they are doing.
