I love the fact that I get nice fresh pretzels at this location

Parking: Its a mall outside parking lot but its pretty close to location

Kid-friendliness: The little nuggets are perfect for kids

Wheelchair accessibility: From the parking lot to the location is ground level

My daughter and I usually stop by Auntie Anne's for a cinnamon sugar pretzel when we visit Tanger Outlets or mall. The pretzels are usually warm, fresh, soft, and delicious. NOT THIS TIME! Not only was the pretzel barley warm, it was rock hard by the time I got home ( less than 10 minutes away). I'm beyond disappointed. The only plus is this hard pretzels will probably make my 6 year old daughter's bottom teeth come out and save me money on getting them pulled....
