B&D Burgers - East Broughton St

Food was average at best, along with service, & don’t order the Bison burger, it’s a scam, no difference between the beef and bison. Also serving size and overall quality is not worth $$. Overall not any better than fast food & not as good as some.

I had the pleasure of dining in the Broughton St (I think that’s the street) and I was BLOWN away by the hospitality. Aubri greeted me with a smile and got me to a seat with no waiting. Then I got to experience someone who must be the queen of customer service Carmen! She sure knows how to make a guy from out of town feel welcome.

My first time here and WOW! It was incredible. Carmen is the QUEEN of customer service. Aubri greeted me like a champ. Both made my fist experience amazing. Next time I am in Savannah I will absolutely visit again

B&D Burgers on East Broughton is fantastic! I ordered the Whitfield, kept it simple with the burger, bun, bacon, cheese, BBQ sauce, and onion rings—plus an onion ring side. It was absolutely delicious! The flavor was superb, the burger was juicy, and the onion rings were perfectly crispy.

If you’re in Savannah and craving a solid, flavorful burger, this place won’t disappoint!

Ordered a burger and “fries of the month”
I was blown away! Absolutely outstanding burgers! We ordered bacon and cheese… bacon was perfect! Fries of the month were outrageously good! I 100% recommend this place! Best burger I’ve had in a long time… everything was excellent and service was outstanding…. (Bloody Mary was delicious also!)

We came by this past weekend. We ended up only having a drink. The sidewalk seating was very uncomfortable. The lighting on the place is bright and uncomfortable. The music is loud and obnoxious, nothing you would want to sit and eat and try and talk over. The server/host sat us at a table that was dirty and sticky and handed us a menu that was wet from who knows what inside its sleeve. Being from Wisconsin we just wanted a good burger. Given how slow they were on a busy day we tried to give them some business but couldn’t get past a drink. Oh well.

Y'all let me down on game day. Was seated, waited around 12 minutes before anyone came to get our drink order. Restaurant was only about half to three quarters full with plenty of staff. After waiting almost 10 more minutes for our drink order that never arrived, we left. However, we walked less than a minute down the road and ended up at the Savannah Taphouse and had PHENOMENAL service AND food. Look for our glowing review on it. Not sure how your food is because your staff falls short but I'm actually glad it happend because what we ended up with was fantastic.

Erin and Carmen were fantastic! Lots of great suggestions for us out of towners, casual conversation that made you feel like friends for the longest time, and great food! Ohio game on was a plus!

Best blue cheese burger EVER
I stopped by this place about a year ago after getting off work one random afternoon. I ordered the blue cheese burger and life hasn’t been the same since. Any time I go into an establishment and order a bleu cheese burger I hope to be met with the same craftsmanship and taste, however I am always left feeling disappointed. I mean the crispy onion ring in there, just genius!! This blue cheese cheese burger has changed my life … and possibly for the worst. I am constantly haunted by the craving of just one more bite of B&D’s blue cheese burger. I wake up in cold sweats swimming in slobber distressed from yearning and dreaming of THE blue cheese burger of my dreams. Anyways… good place to eat fr.

It’s really sad for me to write this review because I had high hopes from a recommendation. The food was ok. Burger sliders were tasty, but the service was the worst. Our server was on the phone talking to someone about a guy she likes. She would come over and talk to us then get back on the phone again. I needed a refill of my drink and my friend who was facing her motioned to her and pointed to my cup and she ignored her and continued to talk on the phone. I worked as a server in a restaurant for a while and this was never allowed. I have a hard time believing that the owner of B&D knows this is happening. Again I really wanted to like being there, but it was bad due to the service.

Kelsey was fantastic! He was gracious and had wonderful menu suggestions along with a smile. Our lunch was great! Thank you!

The food is really good. The french fries are perfect. Carmen is the best! The drink prices are super reasonable. Highly recommend!

This BD location rocks. My server Grace was awesome. Really quality burgers. Always a good idea to stop into this place and grab a pint and a bite.
