A properly cooked burger is a rarity and this one was perfect with the best onion rings I've ever had. The crab cake benedict was amazing!

B. Matthew's was such a great spot we ate there twice. Everything was great from the service to the drinks and the food was delicious. We had the crab cakes and salmon and of course had to finish off with CrÚme Brûlée. Definitely a harden gem.
Great southern food and great service. Wonderful brunch place to get your fix of real southern cooking.. Think biscuits, fried chicken, gravy and grits. The brussel sprout appetizer was delicious too!
We loved it, we brought our 4 year old and they gave her an animal book to look at which was really sweet. The drinks, apps, and food were amazing!
Cocktails were delicious. The shrimp and grits was amazing and the salmon was the best my husband has ever had. The desserts were also wonderful. Would definitely go back to try other dishes on the menu.
We went for 5pm. They were out of their âfamousâbiscuits and cheese plate. That chopped the menu starters in half. I was incredibly annoyed that they were out of items so early especially since I was attracted to the pics when booking the reservation. We ordered our meals. The Carolina rice with chicken was ok and others enjoyed their burgers, however, the duck was salty. Dessert was ok, tiramisu and brownies. The following day we had some indigestion. Hard to say where that started.
The food was amazing, the service was excellent, everything done to perfection! We will certainly be dining there again!
We stopped in for breakfast here and had a wonderful experience! Trygg, our server took great care of us. My wife had the Quiche and I had Biscuits & Gravy, both were delicious and I would Idefinitely recommend you stop in!
We were visiting from out of town and this was the second time visiting B Matthew's for breakfast. The first time was a memorable experience, but this time was different. Our server was very attentive but the food was mediocre. Shame because we looked forward to going there.

Delicious meal. Fried green tomatoes, biscuits , the daily catch on fresh veggies in light lemon sauce. And shrimp and grits. The staff and service very good too! We'll go back!
This is an excellent place for brunch/lunch. Tasty variety of items. Alcohol is available. Excellent, friendly service. Highly recommended.
This has always been a favorite of mine when I visit Savannah. I made a special effort to have their delicious shrimp and grits. Perfect for any time of day. Tender shrimp, Tasso ham, collard greens all perfectly seasoned. Make sure you give this place a try. Plenty of other menu options and Iâve never had anything that wasnât absolutely first rate.
This is a quaint breakfast/brunch restaurant or Eatery, as it styles itself, implying a casual outlook. A popular eating place, it was busy on the morning that we called. A few minutes wait, and we were shown to our table. With ceiling to floor windows, the place is light and provides good views of the passing traffic. The menu is varied and happily will satisfy every palate. Service was efficient. The food was high quality and tasty. The server was ever so helpful and willing to suggest changes to account for allergy. Deserves all five stars.
We had a lovely waitress. Ordered the salmon which was delicious. My first dinner at B. Matthew's. I've eaten brunch many times, always get the shrimp and grits although the last time - a few weeks - the shrimp and grits weren't quite the same. Good enough. We were there early so it wasn't too loud but getting loud when we left around 6:30...
