We are exceptionally luck to have this bakery in our little neighborhood. The absolutely legendary, critically acclaimed, James Beard recognized baker, Cheryl Day and her equally talented husband Griff put out the most delicious baked goods and breads every weekend. Everyone who knows, knows you need to get here early to get some of the most delicious buttery biscuits in all of savannah. The quality is always exceptional which means the line is long, and always well worth it!!...
I’m not able to rate the food because I didn’t have any. The line was long and slow moving. There were no menus available to look at, even on the walls. So I didn’t even know what I would order if I made it to the counter. The atmosphere was lovely though.
They already have limited hours. They don't close until 3pm but they just ran out of cookies today at 12:15pm. She's selling the bakery... FML. The last day is February 14th so you better go get it while you still can. Every time we find something good, they end up selling out. I guess that's the way the cookie crumbles.
