Thought I would give this place another try because company wanted to try it. Bad mistake. I found 2 hairs in my gumbo, when I told the waitress she laughed. I asked for another gumbo and was told I could have it but would have to pay for another. Waited for over an hour for the food to begin with. Horrible service, had to get up and find someone for refills and portions are small. Restaurant smelled horrible too.

For ten years the Air National Guard and active duty units of military folks came to work at the bases near by. At night this was the spirit of Savannah. The music blaring and locals heading from the open market we followed like the enchanted to the river front. After that first night we were hooked. Stopped in with my wife a few months back and I'm so glad I did! I had the seafood Gumbo which was great, and my wife had the shrimp basket which was also awesome! Can't wait to go back and try the Jambalaya!
