Baldinos Giant Jersey Subs

We made a $130 lunch order online for the next day. They made the order same day and when we went to pick up the order they did not want to remake the order! They did not want to refund us, and made it seem as if the mistake was our fault! Beyond that NONE of the sandwiches were made as we ordered them (didn't find that out until we got back to the office). It's as if they didn't give a damn. We will NOT EVER visit this location again. If I could have given the a zero I would have. This Baldinos SUCKS!

Excellent food /food service.
Got the Philly Cheesesteak +mayo. Fresh bread, 100% the traditional way bread goes but fresh.
We musta got here early before dinner eaters--was empty til we finished.

Dirty. Wished I had seen the slime hanging from the ice dispenser before I ordered and got food. Would have left. Food prep people were on a telephone call the entire time we ordered and ate. Just dirty and dingey. Wont be back. The only thing good was the fresh sandwich bread.

We love Baldinos. Wish they had them in Indiana.

It’s worse than subways. What’s the point of paying for a sandwich that u can make better at home? I did not bother finishing it. Barely had any meat and just poor quality. The workers also seem like they could be doing something better with their time and it shows in their bland sandwiches. Ghetto af too. Don’t go here. It smells like dirty mop water anyway.

This location used to prepare fantastic sandwiches.... now under new ownership. The sandwiches are terrible meat cut paper thin. I tried calling to make a pick up order and no one ever answered the phone. They were fully staffed when I arrived.?

Back in town for the holidays. Ordered the daily special which is the hot Italian. But my sandwich was not hot even though it’s suppose to be grilled! The restaurant was very dark and gloomy, needs new management.Got home to eat my sandwich and the bread is not as fresh as baldinos usually is. Baldinos has always been a staple that’s known for good sandwiches, sad to see the quality go down hill

If I could give negative stars I would. Stopped here for lunch with my work crew, was in the hospital 4 hours later. That was Wednesday, it is now Saturday, I was just discharged from the hospital yesterday because I quit vomiting uncontrollably. So beyond the food poisoning, I ordered an “American Army” and they gave me an “Italian Battalion” which at the time I thought may have been a simple mistake, now I’m curious if someone just took my health into their own hands as a joke, they will be hearing from my lawyer in the near future. People can’t afford to miss an entire week of work and almost die because you can’t do the bare minimum to not give people food poisoning.

Dietary restrictions: Make sure the meat isn’t expired.

No clean tables. Had to clean one myself. Noone called out our order number so we didn't know it was ready. Bread was overbaked and stale. Very slim on the toppings. No vinegar and oil even though we asked for it. We won't be back here. I do not recommend this location.

Didn’t even bother ordering. I’ve never seen a more depressing example of a deli in my entire life. Absolutely dated, dirty and sad. The menu is literally flashing as it is malfunctioning with large sections missing. No prices visible. One teenager working behind the counter. The display counter had a couple products inside and was definitely looking desperate as 4 cookies sit for who knows how long. I’ve owned restaurants and grew up with my parents owning a deli. My best advice: close the doors now. It’s inevitable.
