baldinos Giant Jersey Subs

I love this place!! I just moved to Savannah and tried Baldino’s at this location for the first time and I’ve already been back! The sandwich is huge, the people there are so friendly, and never a long wait. If you’re on this side of town, highly recommend. Thanks for all the great sandwiches!! Will be stopping in weekly, if not more.

Been a while since I was here, I asked if I could swap one meat for another on the sub like I used to always do, I was told I couldn't do that. How hard is it to swap one meat for another?? Really isnt that serious and the price i paid was more than the cheaper subs. Things have changed here.

Just lacking in so many ways. The place felt and looked dirty. The guy taking the order was on the phone having an unrelated conversation with someone else.

Refused to take an order and said they were closed 20 mins before closing time. I can understand closing 5 mins early but not 20 mins. Ridiculous. Lazy workers.

Two online orders for large Italian battalions. They were huge. I had ordered a cheese steak from them in the past I wasn't too impressed.... But these last two orders were ?????? so they've redeemed themselves in my book.

I had the subsl before in another state so I know they're good. However this location closes at 9:00 and the guy locked the door while I was walking up at 8:30 I've tried to eat here before but they're always closed when I'm thinking about it. This is probably the last time I'm going to think about it. In my opinion if you're close at 9:00 that's when the doors should lock.

Worst customer service ever!!! I walked in 15 minutes before closing to get a sub. The owner told me we are closed, and stated he couldn’t make my sub because he to prep, clean up and take out trash. Smh what happened to customer service

The sandwiches are nice and big full of meat the owners and employees are extremely nice polite and friendly my only issue was I paid $14.22 for my food and they left out what makes the sandwich to me the jalapeno peppers and banana peppers and when I tried calling I get no answer during business hours

I am a baldinos fan from Richmond hill that has refused to eat at the one in richmond hill because the quality has just been sorry...found this location a few weeks ago...omg ...absoloute the best quality food from a baldinos I've ever had.... friendly staff, amazing food, and just amazing service...I have already been back several times and have made this a regular stop!

My honest opinion says they are better than subways. Come in say exactly what you want and wait for them to finish. It doesn't feel like a lunch line.
