I am a baldinos fan from Richmond hill that has refused to eat at the one in richmond hill because the quality has just been sorry...found this location a few weeks ago...omg ...absoloute the best quality food from a baldinos I've ever had.... friendly staff, amazing food, and just amazing service...I have already been back several times and have made this a regular stop!

Grabbed takeout. Was there about an hour before close on Sunday. The man who took my order and the woman who helped prepare it were both polite and friendly. The sandwich was enormous and delicious. I wish my local Baldinos was this good.

The bread and ingredients are always fresh, the subs are well prepared and it's clean! The husband is always kind when you places your order. They have boxes of supplies in the sitting area & not many tables. I've never dined in.... The sandwiches are good but if you're looking for ambience it's not the place for you!

Food was not good, italian bread falls apart as you eat the sub, no cheese selection except provolone. Wanted to get chips and some water and had to pay for a combo to get a cup. Will not be back!
I ordered the footlong meatball. It wasn’t heated at all. It was right from the refrigerator cold with watery meatballs. I had lettuce Put on it. It was clumped in one spot. The meatballs were gross and all put into the center: both ends had nothing. The Italian wheat bread fell apart when I picked it up. This was nasty and nothing like a baldinos should be like. My DoorDash driver stunk of marijuana since she was smoking as she delivered my food. Overall this was a hoodrat experience and gross. DoorDash is not baldinos fault. But everything else was. The chips were fine and I threw away the sandwich after eating 1/3. I tried calling the store multiple times. No answer.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. As with most any Baldinos, the sandwiches are delicious. But the sandwiches aren’t the reason I’m making a review. The owners of this restaurant are the most pleasant people and I genuinely enjoy giving them my business. It’s really hard to find takeout places with such friendly service anymore. I truly enjoy coming here for sandwiches.
