Visiting from out of town. Our hotel was around the corner and ended up at Barrelhouse. Our bartender Mikie not only took great care of us, was super inviting, and gave us plenty of suggestions of fun things to do in the area. He definitely made the experience of the night, a great one!

Sunday night is the time to go! Great drinks and great service! My husband and I were taken by surprise when we walked into a half-empty bar and found it become packed quickly! Sunday nights are apparently burlesque and Drag Bingo - and it was hilarious! My husband is absolutely not into those types of things, and even he was laughing at the jokes and having a good time! This is NOT family-friendly. After the bingo, a DJ came in and had laser lights and strobes and played amazing music! I will absolutely visit this bar again and recommend any adult to go here at least once! Thank you Cheyanne for being an amazing bartender!

Was here on 9/11/24 and had the best time. We stopped here first and went to many other bars, but ended up back at BarrellHouse South. Mikey was the best bartender. Told him what I liked and he made me a drink that I kept going back for. We ended up shutting the bar down. Most definitely will visit again when I am back in Savannah.

We have been a couple of nights this week, probably go again before we fly out. Tacos I ordered tasted great. The band was good upstairs. We went downstairs, and Emily B. took care of us. Drinks started to get low, she was there to get us another one. She's very engaging with everyone. Everyone there was GREAT!
I am 23 years old. They denied my ID, and tried to confiscate it. I asked for it back, they refused to give my back my ID. They forced me to call the police, and I had to wait 25 minutes for a cop to come and check my ID just to let me in. Once the cop checked my ID and said it was good, I went back to the bouncer and they said it was fake AGAIN. I told them the cop checked it and they pushed me away and said “come back again, you won’t be allowed back here for a year” I had the cop follow me to the front door, and finally let it!! If you have an out of state ID, do not bother coming here, they will not let you in without a cop in sight!
