This place was wonderful! The food and service was fantastic. I got the salmon, which was the best salmon I’ve ever had and my boyfriend got the steak which he said was amazing. For dessert, we got the bread pudding which was a 10/10. The atmosphere was amazing and the service was great. I forgot our servers name but she was terrific. We made a reservation but we didn’t need it, however it was a Sunday night so you may need one on a busier night.

Wow amazing food and over the top service. This was our second choice tonight and we are so glad we came.

Update 10/24/25
Still a great restaurant. Filet was amazing and the fried potatoes OMG. My husband didn’t care for the elk chops and our server wasn’t really that great but otherwise it was an excellent experience!

I never got to try the food so I can’t rate it. We had a 8:30 reservation which we were 20 mins early to, when we walked in we were greeted by the bar tender & then we followed a man near the deck area where we were waiting to get seated, the staff seemed unorganized. We were seated & were waiting at least 20 mins, we were not greeted at all, a table got there after us & they were greeted & given water. We ended up getting up & leaving because it’s ridiculous that we were waiting that long & no one even cared that we left, the waitress seemed to be stumbling around. Won’t be going again.

The shrimp n grits case literally made me put my fork and knife down and thank the lord for good chefs. Greg (John) was awesome.

Waited 60 minutes for appetizers, and 90 minutes for our entrees, and when they finally came out they were not edible. And they weren’t even busy. Gross food. Will not ever go back.

Husband and I went for brunch, and we both agreed that the octopus appetizer was our favorite. The crab benedict was also good. We definitely would like to go back next time we visit Savannah.

Our waiter was friendly and attentive, which I appreciated, but the rest of the experience fell short. The place felt overpriced (our bill was $160 for an appetizer, two of the cheapest mains and a dessert), and for that money I expected better. The hostess’s pajama-like top stood out as unprofessional compared with the rest of the staff, the table was wobbling, my fried chicken lacked flavor and texture (more like boiled than fried), and no one refilled our drinks after the meal arrived. Lovely server, but the food quality, service details and overall polish need improvement.

We arrived earlier than our reservation. The extremely friendly host was able to seat us early. Our waitress was just as friendly and awesome at her job! The food and drinks were exceptional! The atmosphere was perfect! My group was very impressed! Worth every penny.

The wait for outer food was a little long, but management made up for it by deducting a percentage of our bill

We ordered the scallops and southern style chicken. I know, when in Rome do as the Roman's do. Thought we would try the chicken! Scallop meal was perfect. Chicken, was good, don't eat dark meat there was no other option. I ate the wing and gave my husband the breast. I love collards and was highly disappointed. We are here in the south, and more times than not, restaursnts get it right, these were awful, bitter and bland. Mac n cheese was heavenly. I ordered the cheesecake for dessert, ( I am a retired baker) they put too many eggs in batter. The baker defied the golden rule (keep it simple and use quality ingredients).
Service was great.
