I had a party of 6. I was told they don’t seat parties my size. I ask could we sit separately. I don’t live in Savannah and enjoyed my meal there last time I visited. I really looked forward to eating their again and showing my family this restaurant I enjoyed before. We walked quite a distance to get there because we parked somewhere else in the city.
The hostess replied no we cannot sit separately, that wouldn’t be fair to other customers.
First come first serve was always my experience in fairness to seating customers at every other restaurant I’ve been to in my time on earth.
We were publicly refused service and it was so embarrassing walking away in front of the other waiting customers. I was not angry. I was hurt.
I’m hoping there treatment ended with the hostess, and did not reflect the restaurants attitude toward customers overall.

Wow… wow and wow! That sums up our experience! Bella Napoli is a MUST! Amazing food, wine, and the service is superb! Shout out to Joey! But seriously, the staff works as a team and they genuinely love what they do and are happy you are there to be dining with them. What an incredible experience! The food will make you want to yodel! It is by far one of the best Italian restaurants experiences I have ever had… and I am half Italian! Thank you for everything!

This is EXCEPTIONAL authentic Itialian food, no Americanized Itialian food here. The flavors are rich, robust, and yet delicate. As a matter of my opinion this is the best of any food I have ever enjoyed. To add to the fantastic menu the service is very friendly, engaging, and outgoing, and intentive. Its actually very rewarding to give tips to attendants that truly deserve it. I must also mention the reasonable cost. My wife and i enjoyed this gem for around $80 total, for 2 meals, wine, and dessert. We are looking forward to our 2nd nite in a row.

Last dinner in Savannah. We decided to switch it up a bit for our last night. Recommend by a few local hospitality industry workers. We came around 7. Parking was easy to find. No long wait we were straight seated upon arrival. THEY DO NOT SEAT PARTIES OF 5 or more THE ONLY SEAT UP TOO 4 in a party. Then design is for small and intimate candle Iit dinner in a small Italian Trotteria. Very authentic. We started with Calamari and Shrimp which was pretty good. Definitely topped it with fresh lemon juice. I wish there were 4 shrimp instead of Two. Next we split a house salad that was served with balsamic vinaigrette. It was very traditional we did agh olive. Lastly I had a special that consisted of lobster ravioli topped with scallops and shrimp. This was absolutely amazing. My aunt had the lasagna. The ricotta and the fresh basil set this dish on fire. I love lasagna and this lasagna was absolutely delicious. Our servers were prompt and efficient. However at times we both felt rushed. For instance they bought our salad and app at the same time; we wanted our meal coursed out. Also we asked the salad to be split (AFTER ASKING IF IT WAS OK TO DO SO!!!) however we had to split it at the table. Service was good but again not all the way sold on the hospitality I was shown.

Although we've lived in the area for some 13 years, this was our first visit to Bella Napoli. It was excellent! The food, the wine, the service were all great. I got the veal piccata and my wife got the veal parmigiana, and we were not disappointed. The staff was friendly and attentive, the atomsphere warm and intimate. We have a tendency go to the same places when we eat downtown (we live in Pooler), but we will certainly be returning to this new found gem. Kudos folks, good job.

Do not come here if you have more than a party of 4. It is a poor business model and absolutely not a representation of Southern hospitality if you rudely turn away parties of 4+ that are down to split up into separate tables of 4.

Fantastic Italian food! We had the lasagna and the lobster ravioli special. Wait staff was so accommodating and Joey was wonderful. I think it’s the best Italian food in Savannah!! We will make it one of our regular places to eat and to take out of town guests to.

I recently dined at this Italian restaurant and was blown away by both the food and the service. From the moment we walked in, the warm, inviting atmosphere made us feel right at home. The menu had a wonderful variety of authentic Italian dishes, and everything we tried was exceptional. Abby and Joey are amazing!
