LOOVE LOOOOOVE this place! Boba refreshers and teas are good. Rolled ice cream is bomb, also. I just found this place just to find out they are CLOSING DOWN AUGUST 31st ??? Totally sucks...

Great little place. Sad to see they are closing down business at the end of August. Crepe was delicious and so was watermelon boba.

Pretty good ice cream and it's fun to watch them make it. It stays pretty busy so service is a bit slow. Still worth going though.

I go to this place a lot in the afternoon. There is always a long line and they take a bit to make boba but it’s a good option for a boba stop. The boba quality and taste is okay. They’ve improved over the years though. The popping boba is great but tapioca could use a bit of work.

First time coming here and it was amazing, I got the bubble waffle w/ ice cream sooooo yummy and also the Savannah banana rolled ice cream. Would definitely recommend :)

The experience would've been better if the person at the cashier weren't eyeing me up and down and had an attitude. As I was waiting for the drink, she kept staring at me like she was waiting for me to leave. I felt very uncomfortable.

our orders took well over 20 minutes for 3 basic, off menu drinks. on top of that my drink was wrong and came out after 4 other peoples orders who were after us.

Delicious we love coming here for a fun family day. Love watching them make our icecream $$ great prices.

Went in at 5:55pm when they close at 7pm. Let us stand there and read over a menu with my 3 year old and then told us they were closing and couldn’t make us anything. Wouldn’t make one ice cream an hour before close for a child and he screamed cried the way out the door. Been a customer since it first opened its first location. Will never go again.

I just visited Below Zero for the first time and I will definitely be returning! The rolled ice cream was amazing, the service was great along with the atmosphere. So glad to have found my new ice cream spot!

We ordered rolled ice cream and milk tea. My husband is picky when it comes to tapioca pearls, but greatly enjoyed theirs! Everything we ordered tasted good! The staff were accommodating and helpful.

The ice cream is great and they have delicious bubble tea. The issue for me is the wait. There could be only two people ahead of me and I'm standing waiting for 10 minutes for a bubble tea. SO, I never go here but I do recommend if you have time to kill. Take some activities to do while you wait haha

The staff at this dessert shop was so friendly they were so helpful. And everything was delicious I love these teas that they came out with the bubbles they're awesome ice cream the rolled ice cream was delish. The staff there was kind and friendly and had a wonderful customer service we need to see more of this. And the atmosphere made you feel really good. I would recommend this for a dessert even though it's a little pricey it's worth it just for the customer service and for how quickly they're paying attention to your needs.
