LOOVE LOOOOOVE this place! Boba refreshers and teas are good. Rolled ice cream is bomb, also. I just found this place just to find out they are CLOSING DOWN AUGUST 31st ??? Totally sucks...

I go to this place a lot in the afternoon. There is always a long line and they take a bit to make boba but it’s a good option for a boba stop. The boba quality and taste is okay. They’ve improved over the years though. The popping boba is great but tapioca could use a bit of work.

The experience would've been better if the person at the cashier weren't eyeing me up and down and had an attitude. As I was waiting for the drink, she kept staring at me like she was waiting for me to leave. I felt very uncomfortable.
