Tia at the Ben & Jerry’s on Broughton Street has amazing customer service. I went the weekend of St. Patrick’s Day and of course it was extremely busy. She kept a smile on her face the entire time and was so nice/helpful to every person that walked through the door. 10/10 service Tia!

Don't eat much ice cream lately, and we stepped in for a scoop while on vacation. The flavor was not as rich or delicious as I remember it. We were both a bit disappointed. And they wouldn't allow two small tastes in a small- just one flavor. That surprised me as it's not that hard and they certainly were not crowded - just rigid. Oh well.

Loved the different varieties of ice cream. Wasn't a long wait either. Friendly service and you get to try different flavors.

Nice staff and half the wait from the other ice cream shop that has a line around the corner!

Just not a fan. They're overpriced, and rude. Only tried it because Leopold's was too busy. Leopold's is a local staple and, when you're in Savannah, the place to go...not an overpriced, mediocre chain store.

I haven't tried the cookies we bought yet. This review is for the awesome kindness we got tonight at 8/18/23 at 9:40pm. I believe her name is Audrey (she had red locks) and her coworker that night (from long Island).Thank you ladies for being so nice, welcoming, awesome and helpful to my wife and I!!!Highly recommend. P.S.I just took a bite out of the cookie and it was amazing!

It's alright, but on a hot day the place doesn't take it into account. My shake was cold milk, and no ice. It's 95 degrees, so a thin plastic cup won't work. I did not wait to drink the shake at all, and it was handed directly to me from the prep.Secondly, the presentation of the ice cream was dirty. All the strips that hold the names are caked with filth (could be old glue). And the ice cream dividers were not clean or securely installed. It looked like ice creams were mixing & melting into each other. The taste of the ice cream was good, as expected since I've bought these flavors at Kroger before. But the quality of my experience eating it on a very hot day leaves a lot of room for improvement. The people were very nice, and attentive.
