Server - great! Food - delicious! Fried green tomatoes, salmon and grits amazing! Sangria - delightful! Inside temperature in room by kitchen - not good. Need to have a cooler temp.

We loved the spicy sauce on the fried green tomatoes so much we purchased a bottle to take home!

Incredible experience from crab cake appetizer, shrimp and grits main and finished off with creme brulee. Sangria's were delicious as well. Compliments to full staff.

Boar's Head Grill was the highlight of our 3 day trip to Savannah. I had the Shrimp and Grits and my wife a Fillet. Both dishes were wonderful. An unexpected bonus was their freshly baked, unique bread...delicious. We had a window table with a view of the Savannah River and that, along with the general ambiance, was spectacular. Service was superb. We arrived nearby by ferry but parking is available at two lots, one across the street and another a very short walk away. Boars Head tops our list on any return trips to Savannah.

We were there an hour with no food. Drinks were just okay and steeply priced. Bread was decent. Waitress offered specials and did not remember prices. Came back with prices, and we ordered. Came back later to say one special was $26, not $24, and asked us if we wanted more drinks. She returned again to ask us about another drink order, so we told her we were done after 1 hour without food. Bad experience. We were lucky to find 2 seats at the bar at Vic's.

Our server JT was great always available without hovering. Our food was delicious the grilled pork chop was tender and well seasoned. The etouffee was amazing

Everything was great! The special and fresh catch of the day was perfect. Our waiter Jt was great. The sourdough bread is freshly made and so good

A flight delay would have made us late for our reservation so I called to see if we could come later. We were graciously accommodated, warmly welcomed and greeted by name. Our waitress, Jasmine, was absolutely lovely and too great care of us. Our meal was delicious. We'll be back!

Wonderful experience!! Great food, fair price, welcoming staff and great server, Nicole! Stopped here after being turned away at Aqua restaurant at Westin because they welcome Only registered guests. They should be removed from Open Table app because they are no longer "open" to guests!

Our waiter Tyler was great, very helpful in describing several dishes. The bouillabaisse was outstanding & my husband's pork chop with sweet potato mash perfect. Shared the chocolate pecan pie, wow! Cool old stone building by the river. Gotta come back for sure.

Had such a nice time. Window view of boats & ship. Fabulous food, couldn't have been nicer. Waitress checked in just often enough, not too often.

Overall a good restaurant. Most of the food was excellent. Our server, Thea, was excellent as well. Very friendly.
