I used ezCater to place a small catering pick-up order with this Bojangles several days in advance of an event. I was charged for the order, and I received several confirmations. Upon arrival at the store to pick up my order, the employees said they never received the order, and (their words) it must have been that their boss (the manager or owner) received and confirmed my order without communicating it to them. So now I'm waiting for the refund (they've been unresponsive since), and I had to quickly pivot food plans for the event. Simply put, I'll avoid ordering from them again in this way.

Pulled in to grab a quick bite on father's day. We pulled up at the drive through and attempted to place our order. After being told they were out of Cajun fillers we tried to order steak biskets, nope out of those also. So we ordered plain Jane sandwiches. The voice said pull around ,no total for our order. Then after sitting at the window for 4 minutes, (I timed it) I told my wife.tbey have 3 more before I leave . After a total of 9 minutes of waiting and no one ever coming to the service window , we left. Can't comment on the food because the service was so bad we never got the order.

I never write reviews & felt the need to come in here & write a review after coming here multiple times at different hours & some how always get a rude worker. Today the lady taking our order was rude then getting our food we told the man thank you & he just straight ignored us. Not the first time usually when you get your food you’ll get a have a nice day but every time they just shut the window without anything. Definitely need new staff.

The bo rounds were extremely oily, like to the point they dripped oil and stained everything it touched and the chicken was overcooked on one of the cajun chicken biscuits. This location is hit or miss. Weekday crew usually holds it down but weekends are kinda iffy.

Greasy, hard fries were too hard to eat, ordered 2 chicken breasts each for 2 orders, but received one breast and one wing in both boxes. Paid too much for what we received. We won't go back.

I have not had Bojangles fried chicken in years as there's not one close to me. I was more than satisfied with my order. I love the spiciness of of the flavorings that they use it makes me have joy. They do fantastic green beans and Cajun rice as well. Not the healthiest of meals but when you are on vacation and don't want to go out to eat this more than Hits the Spot. I also love to have the cold drums and thighs in the morning for breakfast.

This is the Bojangles on Derenne avenue in Savannah, GA on 04/27/2021 around 6-7 p.m. The chicken did not have its usual heat flavor. Everything else was good. The customer service was lacking. The lady did not tell me my final price, did not inform me that the receipt machine was broken, would have let me drive away without communicating any of this to me. I had to ask her about these details, and her body language was that of annoyance. I would highly suggest fixing the heat level, receipt machine and the lack of communication ASAP. I highly doubt I will visit this location again.

Absolutely horrible service! The woman who took our order was completely rude during the order, interrupting and getting terse when we would continue our order. She then refused to provide a receipt at the window. She told us that if we really need a receipt then we don't need to order and we should go somewhere else. It was completely unprofessional and I was horrified at the service.
