Went through drive through first. They have an automated system that is very quick to interrupt you to ask if there's more to your order. Several times. And when I asked it for a human to talk to, I waited for about 5 minutes before I gave up and went inside. Then I was ignored for a bit, though i was eyeballed by several of the kitchen staff.. Then the cashier was very standoffish. I was pretty polite and it took a couple for the counter employee to open up/relax. Unfortunately it took another ten minutes to get my order; and I was the only customer in the store. Food was good. Gravey was good. Sausage biscuits were good. Had a steak biscuit-it was good. I will give grace and believe they were busy with on-line orders.

I waited for ever to be served. People behind me were getting their food before me. The person who took my order disappeared and after ten minutes of waiting he finally came with my food. I found hair in my chicken sandwich, it was an old freeze dried chicken patty and no telling what else he did to it. Disgusting as it looked I just threw it away. Spent money just to throw in the trash. Never eat there again

What happened to Bojangles? Chicken wasn’t fresh and the biscuit was rock hard. Make matters worse the language between employees coming from the kitchen was so foul I was even offended by the choice words and tone I had to leave. I doubt I’ll be back.

Had to go inside to place my order. Please train your front liners on the importance of good customer service. The cashier just looked at me. No can I take your order or anything. I had to ask if she was ready to take the order because she didn’t open her mouth to say anything! It’s ridiculous & makes me not want to spend my money there based on the lack of professionalism. Do better or keep those kind of employees in the back

I've had not so great experiences here before but if your patient the food is good. Just chill and hang out eventually they get around to you. Better than KFC and Popeyes is good half the time.

The food is good but your order will be wrong. I work down the street and ever since they started using AI to take the drive-thru orders, my lunch is wrong every single time.

My first time in Bojangles. GOOD service. Tiyawana Washington and Melinda was absolutely excellent! When I told her it was my first time, she made sure my food was fresh. They came out and spoke to me and asked me how was my food!!! Smiles from all working, which you normally don't see from a fast food establishment. Good job
