Breakfast Place is one of those diners that’s been there forever, you walk in & they tell you to grab a table, have a table in the back for rolling utensils, & everyone seems to know each other. You just know it’s gonna be good. We chose it because it was close to our vet drop off, & now we have a great casual diner to add to our go-to’s list.
My husband had the western omelet (also heard someone else ask for it) & I had a slice of cinnamon French toast with a side of scrambled egg. Scrambled eggs are sorta my litmus test, since their quality can vary soooo much. These were the fluffiest real eggs I’ve ever had. I told our waiter & he asked for me, not surprised - it’s all skill. The French toast was really good, just a good old made at home one. And of course my husband loved his omelet, everything was fresh, & the grits were fresh & hot too! Coffee was typical diner coffee, and came in a stainless steel mug so it stayed hot.
Our waiter was a really sweet guy, can’t remember what his name was, but he checked in on us the right amount & was really personable.
All in all, great diner experience!

Words can not really describe how amazing this place is. From the wonderful service to the delicious food, this place is beyond words. We had the waffles, Philly omelette, French toast and grits and bacon. The omelet was perfectly cheesy and the veggies were sautéed beautifully. The waffles were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The French toast was perfectly prepared and the touch of powdered sugar was sublime. The grits were wonderful and the bacon was the perfect cut and cook. The most amazing combo of not too fatty but not over cooked!
The total cost was much lower than the food deserved. We will definitely be back!!

Fast, friendly bare bones classic American small business diner serving some of the most creative omelets on the planet, and each one delicious. A classic American breakfast spot with reasonable prices and efficient friendly staff. Places like this are a national treasure.
Don't embarrass yourself by coming in asking for gluten-free fussy weirdo food, this is basic diner fare, with the exception of the omelets.

My husband and I stopped by it was our first time here. I had the shrimp omelet with grits, and my husband had the Philly cheese steak omelet. The omelets and hash browns were great. The grits need more attention 😩. I was highly disappointed, but everyone cannot cook grits. Southern grits are not crunchy they are smooth and creamy. Will return again!
