Dining area was trashy and drink machine had several spills. More workers sitting around the restaurant than working. Disappointing.

Lady at the drive thru was horrible and nasty! Tony the manager wasn’t helpful and dismissive! Lady at the counter coughed in her hand and never washed it! I’ll never eat here again! I placed a mobile order to be met with attitude and poor customer service

I waited at the drive through for 20 minutes yesterday. I walked in and found all of the employees lounging in the booths playing with their phones. They acted like I was an inconvenience. The food was cold. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I do appreciate them letting the homeless guy take refuge from the bad weather.

I'm very DISAPPOINTED of what I seen 3/8/2026 today (my receipt is time stamp for 12.00 pm.) A young man came in for a job and was bashed in front of all of us. He was humiliated and I'm disgusted!! The manager told him, he is looking for someone with years of experience. Everyone has to be trained according to the company SOP, and he could have been trained also. Service was slow and the food was warm. Burger King needs to shut down and the employees needs to be retrain on productivity. The lobby and the bathroom was clean for the most part. It will do better if everybody works as a team. Rush hours needs at least two on the meal orders. Stop turning ppl away that's looking for a honest living and give them a chance!! Especially, when the workers and management are looking for what color socks the employees have on.

This location is severely and consistently under staffed. I'm starting to think it's on purpose. General management is cheap and is cheating the community by poor scheduling. There was one person in the kitchen; he was making one order at a time. I know because I had 30 min to watch him. The woman working the window/front registers(yes the same one you're probably thinking of) was dismissive and rude. The only reason I went inside is because there was a line forming. Absolutely awful experience 0 out of 10. Burger King needs to do something serious about this GM!

20 minutes waiting in the drive thru and still have not gotten to place my order. They are taking an order, making the order, then letting the next guest order. This is Burger King a FAST food place correct? I got in line at 9:20am it’s now 9:43am and I’m still not to the speaker. Mind you there were only 3 cars ahead of me. they may be serving lunch by the time I get to order.

It them more than 10 minutes to get me fries and cheesy tots. Only for the tots to be uncooked and the fries had zero salt.
When I requested a refund for the tots I had to RETURN my fries too because they couldn’t figure out how to process a return of only one item.

If I wanted to keep the fries, they have to process a refund for the whole order and charge me a second time for the fries.

The whole time the employees were arguing and giving me side glances.
