This location is severely and consistently under staffed. I'm starting to think it's on purpose. General management is cheap and is cheating the community by poor scheduling. There was one person in the kitchen; he was making one order at a time. I know because I had 30 min to watch him. The woman working the window/front registers(yes the same one you're probably thinking of) was dismissive and rude. The only reason I went inside is because there was a line forming. Absolutely awful experience 0 out of 10. Burger King needs to do something serious about this GM!

20 minutes waiting in the drive thru and still have not gotten to place my order. They are taking an order, making the order, then letting the next guest order. This is Burger King a FAST food place correct? I got in line at 9:20am it’s now 9:43am and I’m still not to the speaker. Mind you there were only 3 cars ahead of me. they may be serving lunch by the time I get to order.

It them more than 10 minutes to get me fries and cheesy tots. Only for the tots to be uncooked and the fries had zero salt.
When I requested a refund for the tots I had to RETURN my fries too because they couldn’t figure out how to process a return of only one item.

If I wanted to keep the fries, they have to process a refund for the whole order and charge me a second time for the fries.

The whole time the employees were arguing and giving me side glances.

I asked for cheese on a sandwich and didn't get it and they wouldn't answer the phone so I could tell them and they didn't give me my French toast.

There are more stories like this, they take a long time and there is one employee in particular who is very rude to everyone, including her colleagues.

The employees ignore you or speak to you rudely even if you are friendly. It took 40 minutes for only 8 mozzarella fries and when I asked politely why I thought they had forgotten, the employee just rolled her eyes at me, turned her back on me and ignored me.

Never one time going through the drive through, that your not asked to pull up and wait. They’re trying to make there window times seem quiet to their higher up’s. But the reality is this Burger King is slow and lazy!!

Only closing shift...they ring your order up and if they don't have something they still charge you for that item that they don't have..they don't answer the phone when trying to let them know they messed the order up..they are very rude on that same shift..

WOW! As a British person living in France we clearly have the creme de la creme of Burger King. Burger King is a quality fast food establishment in France (I never knew until now), but I am shocked to say that the motherland of the Whopper is doing BK the biggest disservice in the World! I visited this unfortunate establishment twice whilst on holiday in Savannah, firstly because it was late and next door to my hotel and secondly, after having a mediocre meal I chose to go back because I was too lazy to go elsewhere. The second visit I learnt my lesson, I had to wait half an hour for my order to be received even though the restaurant was empty and when it did finally arrive the whole order was completely wrong, but I just had to admit defeat and leave with what I was given. On arrival into my hotel room the four orders of fries looked like they'd just been emptied out of the freezer into their cartons and the burger buns tasted like they'd been left lying on the floor for a month. Avoid.
