The worst BK I've ever been to in the world. I've been to Burger King on three different continents, but this was the worst experience. Horrible service, the meal came wrong, and every time I go to this BK I feel bad. This BK should be banned.

Close this store already🙄. I would never waste my gas again for this location! I went there today and a young male waited long to say anything, I begin to question if the place was close 🤷🏽‍♀️. There was no greeting; just horse playing and laughing on intercom. While thinking I should pull off, the young guy laughing saying, " yeah, go ahead with your order " and "I love my job," while laughing. Throw the whole place away ✌🏾😌 adolescence isn't the same nor managers!

We ordered 4 Impossible Whopper Meals & the lady who was working & brought our food out was very sweet. I wish I knew her name. Great customer service!

The employee who works on the microphone must be changed because he is disrespectful and racist and this is bad for the restaurant (in the evening shift)

My burger was hot and ready my foes very hot the employee was very nice and the manager was very nice

My whopper meal was very delicious the lettuce and tomatoes on the sandwich was very fresh and fries hot and salted very well. I will be returning very soon and the manager was very friendly.

A waste of time....the worst burger king location ever...got people walking around instead of helping make the orders....you in there so long you forget you even ordered. It looks nice on the inside but that's just it....the customer service is TERRIBLE ...NEVER coming to this location again.

Edit: Management actually addressed not having shakes and now will serve them to around 5pm before the machine need to be cleaned. I wish they wouldn’t make me pull around and wait to get served but they are usually not to bad about getting it out to you. That being said they need to be faster at responding to your order at the drive through. Good improvements.
