First of all with the positive. We had the whopper meal deal and everything tasted great. The whopper and fries were hot and fresh. The problem was the service. We ate inside and when we walked in we were the only two inside the restaurant. The lady who waited on us never smiled didn't say hello or anything. We placed our order, I paid her, no thank you or anything. Then we waited almost 20 minutes for our order. We were still the only customers inside. Looks like they were too busy taking care of the drive thru. Then when we finally got our order she just kind of dropped the bag on the counter. Didn't say thank you or sorry for the wait, nothing. If that's the kind of attitude she gives everyone no wonder no one was eating inside.

Strong chemical smell, kitchen was DISGUSTING 😰🤢🤢 cookies looked old and were piled up on each other. There was courting tape from a table that was broken, and walls were peeling and had holes.

Worst burger king ever !! Hair in my food & drink im very dissatisfied i want a refund ! & on top of that they took very long !
Long wait during a non peak hour. Drive thru window opens and the interior reeks of pot. Then I ask for a Whopper with only ketchup, mustard, cheese, pickles. I open the wrapper down the road….a normal Whopper with tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, etc., my special request was totally disregarded. I wasn’t even there during a busy time. Does the management even care? The workers don’t seem to.

Usually I can't get extra onions and tomatoes on my whoppers. I got the BBQ burger this time. Everything seemed really fresh on it. My ole man actually got no pickles when he asked for no pickles. And it's not just GA but Burger King's in FL, TN and SC that never give me extra tomatoes and onions but charge me for it.
No SpongeBob meals after a few days. Trash
