Waited at speaker for 7 minutes before any one answered. Placed my order, had to correct the person placing my order 3 times. Total is $12.49, 1 large dr pepper, 2 spicy chicken wraps and a medium fry. Get to second window, paid (no reciept), was given a large room temp dr pepper with no ice and told to park. 10 minutes go by, a man brings me food in a bag, I check, it's not my food. Went through the drive through terrible communication didn’t ask what we wanted our drinks to be. The lady who took the money was rude when we spoke she just rolled her eyes. Then set at the next window no one opened it or spoke. All around terrible customer service
I’m not one to make reviews but this is insane . Do NOT go to this Burger King . On top of them always missing food . We were missing a fry and a drink tonight , okay not big deal . Then get home to eat and my husband bites into his burger to find whatever this plastic piece is inside of it 🤮 10/10 do NOT recommend
