When to this location a few minutes ago, car was waiting in front of building for their order, one customer parked and went inside, not sure what they said to him but he left. ( had absolutely no customers inside). Cashier brought customers SODA after customer waited about 5-10 minutes, they took my order and I waited at the window for about 5 minutes watching them do nothing but walk around and talk on their phones, finally received my order and there were tomatoes and onions on it after I had said repeatedly no tomatoes and no onions!!!! THEY NEED TO CLOSED THIS LOCATION!!!!!🙄🙄🙄😡😡

Just go ahead and closed the doors! Soon as I approached the counter, I was given a list of all the items they did not have including condiments. 🫨 old and outdated. The employees did the best they can.

For the price that you pay for food it was ridiculous. My fries was very cold. There was no ice in the cups. I ordered a kids meal for my grand by my surprise, no nuggets, just fry and a toy it might be a better place if the people that work in it don't have such an attitude. How do you have an attitude cuz somebody want their order right?

This Burger King needs to be shut down. Everytime I come to get something, or even if they just come out with something new, they apparently never have it. I just went a few nights ago. And over hearing on the speaker, the girl said sorry for the wait, one of our burners caught on fire. This happens all of the time. She said. Like what?!!!! That needs to be fixed. And the people who work there, act like they don't care and has bad customer service. Especially the cashier's. This place needs to go. Very bad service and the food was over cooked or microwaved.

Honestly, one of the worst BK's in Savannah or anywhere. The food was cold as if it had been made an hour before ordering. French fries so cold they were stiff. Took a long time to get through the drive thru. The restaurant is just filthy with the smell of that summer grease trap penetrating the nostrils. Honestly, they need a complete rehaul.

Drive thru guy was more interested in talking on his cellphone than making sure order was right. Left out a whopper, no cheese on the other two whoppers and no sal/, pepper or ketchup for fries and onion rings. Didn't even ask if we needed any of those items. BK lost money because we went back in next day and spoke to manager and she gave us a new (same) order. Said she would speak to the employees. Hope she gets a better crew. This BK is right at the end of an off ramp of I95. So it's convenient for travelers. We actually live in the area which is why we could go back the next day.

I can't believe I'm waiting for an order at this place. I wouldn't be here, but a friend is sick and wants BK. Always a bad experience here. Can't believe they are still in business.
