I have never had a good experience at this burger king. It’s like they never order enough food because they only have croissants and no eggs idk. Then one time I was forced to come inside from the drive thru for whatever reason and I had to wait for 25 minutes for my food just to go to my car and see people in the drive thru which is what took me so long to get mine. I can never come here and get what I want. This location needs new management or something because this has been going on all year. Every time I try to eat here I have to go somewhere else. And there is never any type of accommodation. Find new management or shut this place down.

This makes 3 of 3 visits absolutely terrible in the past 2 months. Sat here 30 minutes in drive through tonight with 2 people in front of me. I was told to pull forward and wait (along with the two people in front of me). Hardly any customers inside and it wasn’t busy…. Then I get my food, fries are COLD. Not even warm. Both sandwiches were wrong and I was given the wrong drink. Whopper junior no onion extra mayo with cheese and a bacon melt add mayo and an unsweet ice tea. The melt had ONLY mayo, and only a single quarter piece of bacon, and the whopper junior had extra onions and no mayo…. I was given sweet tea (checked the receipt and they listed it as sweet so they didn’t even hit the proper button). If I had been a type one diabetic, that could have killed me.

How hard is it make sandwiches as ordered in a timely manner? Having worked fast food before I can tell you it’s NOT difficult.

This restaurant has NO business being in operation and @burgerking corporate needs to be shut it down.

Half a dozen people eating in the lobby, the woman ahead of me placed an order, when I approached the counter, was told they only accept mobile orders so I left. Went to a different restaurant who wanted to serve me

This is hands down the worst managed location out of all the BKs I've been to anywhere in the US. You might have better luck, but I wouldn't chance it.

Ordered 3 rodeo burger and fries . They took 45 mins with 3 cars in front of me and all 3 burgers were wrong and hardly cooked. Check the meat quality to !

Glad to see I'm not the only one who had bad service here. They are rude here and seem bothered whenever you place an order. Not only that but dont place a mobile order, you wont get all your food and getting a refund is impossible. This is now the worst BK in savannah, I would say 2nd but the other was torn down. I expect this one to go the same

I am truly appalled by the lack of professionalism and poor attitude displayed by the staff at this Burger King location. This behavior seems to be consistent. I am writing this while sitting here with my 6-year-old, 1.5-year-old, and 4-month-old children, and I just witnessed the cook telling a truck driver to block the drive-thru so people couldn’t place orders. Prior to this, when I approached to place my order, the same cook informed me they were “only taking mobile orders,” despite there being no sign indicating this policy. After I placed my kids’ order, he continued to complain about "only taking mobile orders." I'm genuinely shocked by the behavior I’ve seen here and the ongoing issues as my kids and I sit here eating. This is unacceptable.
