On Wednesday September 3rd 2025 I went into the Burger King for an uber delivery! A worker by the name of Marcella (MA) greeted me and my daughter as we came in and made sure the food was ready fast for me to get to the hungry customer! She also saw my daughter was tired from delivering all day with me and she offered her a drink and treat which she didnt have to do! Her customer service is excellent and she has a way of making sure customers return! Which I will be returning just off this kind gesture and how warm and friendly she is to her guests that come in!

Placed a moblie app order. Got to restaurant, drive thru pick up . Pull up get handed a bag with one sandwich in it . Ummm where is my meal ? Missing the chicken sandwich and half fry half onion ring and sauce. Take bag back , have us pull up . Waited 12 minutes while 6 cars orderd and left . Get food , drive away . ORDER IS COMPLETELY WRONG. NO lettuce add pickle on chicken. Has lettuce no pickle. Whopper was no tomatoes no pickle. Has both . It was a medium meal. We get small half fry half onion ring. Both cold old and nasty. I just can't with this place!

This burger king is the worst fast food I have ever had the whopper I ordered was just heated in the microwave along with the lettuce and and everything on it when they heated it it was so nasty , the sprite was carbonated water and the fries weren't cooked all the way on top of it cost $15 outrageous especially for something I couldn't even eat it was so bad

Ok so I used to like BK a lot. And two different BK's turned me off of them. The one off 80 in Pooler and the one at the Midway exit off 95. But this BK was actually great. The main thing I want to point out is the service. The lady who took my order last night was so sweet, on point and I can't say one bad thing about the order. Thanks for restoring my like for BK!

I used to go here every morning en route to work for iced coffee and breakfast sandwich. I don’t waste my time anymore because when the older lady is not there, they won’t make iced coffee. Which is confusing because they are never busy 🤣 I miss the crew before the two new girls 😩

I walked in the inside to place my order. I stood there for at least 10 minutes somebody else walked in and we stood together. Nobody acknowledged us after 10 minutes and the other person walked out and left. 5 more minutes go by and the girl come to the register and say it’s drive through only. Why she couldn’t say that when we first walked in. So I go through the drive through. I asked for two separate orders and he still tried to put in on the same order and asked am I paying with the same card, does it matter? I want two separate orders. I get my food it looked like it was just throwed together, the cheese wasn’t even melted and it had pickles even though I said no pickles. I asked for mayo and ketchup packets from the boy at the window, he gave me one mayo packet and 3 ketchup packets for 3 burgers, 1 medium fry and 1 large fry and closed the window. Terrible service today.
They take the fast out of fast food. I stood there for 10 minutes before staff even acknowledged my existence. Then took my order another 10 minutes. I went from heading to work early with enough time to stop for food to barely being ontime. But the fries were fresh 😆.

mMy wife and children got to the place 7:50pm, it was closed both doors. I already didn't feel like eating in there, my wife just ordered bare minimum - French fries and after eating one we just throw out the rest, total waste of time, money and disappointed - could be a good thing, then eating this crap.
