I ordered a cheeseburger, fries and a drink...my total was $7. Not bad for this day and age! The food was hot and tasty. The service was great. As for the atmosphere, I went through the drive-thru, so that's why I only gave 4 stars. Overall, for the money and the quality, I definitely recommend!

My boyfriend and I ordered from this location,granted it is 9:30 at night, but still we ordered went into the lobby to ask about the chicken fries seeing on the app it was an option to have fiery chicken fries. As we go to ask the girl at the front counter (I didn’t catch her name wish I had) she already started with acting irritated that we were ordering. We then asked her about the fiery chicken fries and if they have them and she said “we don’t do those” I asked her “if I order them in the app can you still make them?” And she then repeated very rudely “no I told you we don’t do those”. Mind you this item I’m talking about is on their app for this particular store, I then told them that’s okay just make them plain. I figured I could get a little side of the glaze that goes on the sandwich and wraps, well of course this same girl decided to get an attitude about that so we said it’s fine I’ll just get some buffalo sauce. It didn’t stop there. We then walk up to the counter to get our order, the same girl employee didn’t get us our large cups for our drinks so we asked kindly “may we have our large cups please” the SAME girl employee then rolled her eyes and sighed and got upset and acted as if it was such an inconvenience to get us our cups for our drinks. Moral of this is if you’re gonna work customer service you have to be able to deal with and handle customers and customers asking questions about a product. I didn’t catch the girls name at the counter but it was not a pleasant experience at all. We will not be coming into this Burger King or the lobby again. Burger King do better!

I order a big fish without pickle, but add tomatoes hot out the fryer. When I got home my fish sandwich was old and hard. It had pickle, no tomatoes. It was flat and just nasty.

Food was amazing. Service was exceptional. I walked into the restroom, as I proceed to into an open stall. I find an employee on his knees. Licking the toilet seat. (On my momma, this happened)
As he looks up in terror, "Please don't tell me boss," and "Not again man," Were the only things he says as he runs out. I didn't see him again but I didn't tell his boss.
I mean, if he gets fired, how else is he gonna pay for therapy. I only wish I hadn't seen him doing it though. I mean, he was really into it. There was passion there I've never seen before.
Like, who's gonna pay for my therapy now. I need to process some things after seeing that.

Been here quite a few times since it's local. I've never known a fast food place to be so consistently bad. This place lacks food items more often than A McDonald's ice cream machine breaks down. Just go to the Wendy's down the street.

It's sad going to a burger king that has no napkins, no ketchup, no mustard, no onions and no pickles. Bought a whopper meal and it only had meat, lettuce, two slices of tomato and some mayo., now, the service was really good

We Do Epic
I love Burger King pickles. In fact, I love them so much that I typically will get them on my sausage and cheese croissant. Unfortunately, the manager at this store refuses to allow that to happen. Even though every other Burger King in the world that I have visited is happy to accommodate, this one is not.
Therefore you get one star, a bad review, and you've lost a sale. I hope it was worth it.

I went to Burger King this morning to get breakfast.
They did have signs up saying that you had to have exact change. I pulls around to the window to get my food I explain to the woman I have a 20, well i can only give you bills not change in coins.
I'm just checking to make sure everything in the bag is right, but if I wanted as question, the woman had just walked away. I'm thinking well, maybe she'll come back to the window.
Instead of the woman see's me but just goes on to the next order. I ask is there a supervisor the cross eyed woman says she is in charge. I had to ask for the district managers twice.
The dark skinned woman just had this bad attitude about her like don't ask me anything.
If you don't like your job then find something else, but I'm a firm believer you can get more sugar then salt.
