I have never had a burrito like that in my life. It was inventive without being pretentious and just obscenely tasty. The lady who took our order was awesome at helping us figure out exactly what we wanted. It's a little hole in the wall with an outlandish amount of charm and I will be adding it to my rotation of Savannah restaurants.
On a road trip to Daytona from northern Michigan (and back) stopped here after visiting a local bookstore and we were not disappointed. Amazing experience! Customer service was stellar! Food was delish! The restaurant was super clean. If I ever come back to Savannah I will definitely return to eat here!
My family and I enjoyed eating here and appreciate Gaylen and her friendly nature and help in deciding what to order! The cook up top was lots of fun, too, shouting down to the kids. A fun pulley system for the kids to watch the food go up and down, too.The portions were HUGE, so definitely order down from what you’re thinking!
Unfortunately...the best part of my order was the can of mexican lager I bought.Pretty dead for a Friday night too & I can see why ? Paid way too much for such tiny-portioned and bland food. Barely any chicken in my burrito, vaguely seasoned & the slime-green sauce helped a bit but I chose not to use it after seeing that food coloring is added. I didn't try the house made hot-sauce which might be good but I don't plan to come back. They were also totally out of lettuce & the employees were kind, but seemed disinterested in their work entirely, going in and out of the restaurant to talk intimately with their friends.Blah.
This little hole in the wall joint serves up a SCAD friendly spin on Americanized Tex-Mex cuisine in a quirky atmosphere, with a kitchen upstairs and a d*** waiter to deliver your food. Service was good and staff friendly. Quality of food isn't bad, but if you are looking for authentic Mexican cuisine with proper seasoning, look elsewhere.
Tiny and adorable, great burritos, rolled very well! The kitchen is upstairs so there's a little dumbwaiter that they send your food down on which is very charming.Great salsa. When they say hot they actually mean hot so be careful with the hot salsa. You get three different salsas with the chips and salsa order so you can get a good variety, the salsa verde was probably my favorite. A very short wait between placing a to-go order in person and getting my food. They have a good variety of authentic and Americanized burrito choices, and they had no problem with me adding extras or substitutions. A good option if you have picky eaters in your group who can simplify their burrito without sacrificing quality, they will need to like burritos though, as that's their specialty. Also, good queso! (and very good merch design, I'm definitely getting a T-shirt the next time I go)
Little restaurant tucked away from busy touristy spots. We are 2 families who showed up for lunch. The foodd is pretty bland. No taste at all. Even the sauces did not help. Portion size is small. A $12 bowl is like half of what we get in NYC. A side of avocado was some paste. If someone did a blind test, i would fail to identify it as avocado. Teen kids failed to finish their food. Lady at the counter is wonderful and helpful. Nice quaint interiors. Cook is on a loft lowering food down using a pulley
I was so disappointed with the food. Service was great. But the food? I won’t eat here again. It looked very appetizing. The chicken in my burrito and nachos was unseasoned and very bland. Some of the rice was uncooked. Chips were stale.
Great food! in an older building, and the kitchen is upstairs, and they use a d*** waiter system to get the food down to the customers! food was fresh, hot, fast and great tasting!
Absolutely one of my top favorite burritos restaurants. Traveling for business and found this sweet local gem. Super fresh ingredients, friendly staff and great location. Highly recommend!!

Amazing burritos- ordered the #2 and it was so good I am going to try and go back to eat 1-7. The salsa with the chips was fresh and amazing, the queso was real and out of this world, and the burrito was absolutely delicious. I was full all day. I even ordered the mandarin soda (Jacinta) to top it all off. So great to find another local restaurant in Savannah that is great. Rocket Racoon would love this place. Bueno.
After the clown show at barberitos I asked around for suggestions and this is the place. It’s awesome so far and clever how they’ve put the kitchen upstairs.I got burrito #2 and it’s super awesome, best burrito I’ve had in years honestly. The staff seems super cool, friendly, definitely hard working. This place is so clean it’s suspect. This has to be the place that Billy opened… yes staff confirmed this is Billy’s place wow that explains so much, Billy was the toughest most pirate chef I ever saw downtown so it’s cute he’s gone burrito. 5 stars all day.
Only got something to drink but this place is awesome ?....Austin is a pretty cool and very handsome ?....great place to go while in downtown Savanah, GA???
We are always looking for great food after we close our shop! Burritos Pantano is a definite do over! Not only are they open until 10pm, our food arrived 30 minutes after we ordered, super delicious and still hot! -Acme Tattoo Parlour, Savannah GA
Had to go back multiple times because the #6 Burrito is Mmmmmmmmmmm... The Red Salsa is not only "burn your face off" hot but it has wonder flavor as well. Make sure you yell up to Benji that he's making awesome food when you're there. SO good. I'm going here every time I come to town
