A hidden gem for sure! This is my first time leaving a review but it’s definitely worth it. The lady was sweet and welcoming, definitely something I would again.

Byrd's Cookies has been in business 100 years and is baked right here in Savannah. They are shipped worldwide. It all started with the Scotch Oatmeal variety. I just stopped by to purchase a tin which came in a gift bag for a Holiday gift for friends. There are free samples, too!

Everything they make is delish! The quality is outstanding & consistent! I love everything about BYRDS!😍

Cookies are dry and hard. I bought a brownie and when i got home i realized it said to enjoy by 10/10 and today is 10/16. So 6 days past the best by date. The rice crispy treat tasted like plastic. Absolutely terrible taste. Threw both away after the first bite.

I did like that they had a cookie sample bar in the back so you can try before buying.

Always a great place for local gifts when needed! They will gift bag is for you and make it quick and easy. The Savannah cookie "tins" are a great local gift.

I had a bad experience with the cashier lady on my recent visit.

My relative who came from overseas spent over $100 for souvenir so she asked a few extra small bags for gifts.
The lady only gave us one tiny bag so we asked for 2 more, then she threw two bags on the table with attitude, and told us they usually charge for extra bags. I would gladly pay if they charge for extra bags. Just I don’t appreciate her bad attitude after we spent over $100 worth of cookies. I am local and have been to different Byrd cookies, they are always have great customer service but not this time. Our experience here left us bad feelings.

As a side note, their cookies taste great as always, and the another girl working there was very nice and friendly.

I prefer a softer cookie but they are fun size. I did love trying all the flavors. Staff was very friendly. Great place to explore.
