The cookies were delicious, but the service was not the best, especially at check out. I did not feel welcomed there if you understand what I mean…..

The man who completed my transaction caught a slight attitude when I attempted to change my mind at a question he asked… I felt rushed and said forget it, to just complete my transaction. Don’t ask me something then turn around and display an attitude about it. That’s just rude.

My wife and I ducked into this location both to get out of the Post Hurricane rains as well as to grab a treat. The staff inside was so friendly and spent 15 minutes giving us suggestions on places to eat and visit around town.

Very unprofessional staff at the tasting bar. Employee very rude to a child asking for a sample. Turned off by this and not willing to spend time or money here. Poor experience at best.

This place is beyond busy but worth stopping by if you’re visiting Savannah with kids. Our boys enjoyed trying cookie flavors they had never had before and building their own little jar to take home with them. The cookies are so tasty! You must try the pink lemon aid cookies!

This is a great little cookie shop with delicious tasting cookies. With over 15 varieties it is hard to choose just one flavor. But they make it easy by allowing you to make your own sample box for 8.95$. Everyone who reads the review will talk about the cookies but I want to mention the staff. Ms. Elizabeth ( see pic) was handing out samples with a smile and you could feel her energy. She made sure you tasted a variety of their cookies to make sure you were 100% sure of your choice. The problem was as soon as she recommended one and you tasted it, that one immediately became your favorite. My wife and I enjoyed the cookies but the experience that stemmed from Ms Elizabeth is what will make us keep coming back to this location.

Kid-friendliness: Ms. Elizabeth was so welcome and warm to everyone. Kids will enjoy the samples.
