This is such a Great place to visit. Allowing you to sample there Many varieties of cookies is GREAT ! Very clean & neat store, lots of related items, with various cookie tins & ways to purchase cookies. We visited two shops & all of the staff were pleasant & helpful.

Best little Key lime cookies in Savannah. They have other flavors but the Key lime cookies are the best, in my opinion. The servers were friendly and helpful. They allow you to try different flavors before making your decision. The interior decor is beautiful and leads to the high markup of the price. They would probably sell more cookies if they were reasonably priced and can cut costs on their fancy stores.

I always stop for Byrds cookies when in Savannah. My favorite are the lime coolers.

Our experience was a bit negative due to the bad attitude of the man working behind the counter the afternoon of 2/28. He acted like it was a big deal to give us samples. He just had a bad attitude! Cookies are great as usual. We did however buy a six pack of cookies.

I'm utterly speechless—like my brain just tripped over its own thoughts! This place was surreal! From the delightful taste testing that had my taste buds dancing, to the customer service that felt like being waited on by food deities, and an atmosphere which was beyond inviting, my date and I were over the moon! We’re definitely planning a return visit—especially for those “cocktail crackers” and “everything cheddar biscuits.” Honestly, those biscuits might just be the secret ingredient to world harmony!

On a short getaway to Savannah, I came across Byrd's Famous Cookies in the Plant Riverside district. I had never heard of these cookies before. I love that you can buy bags or visit their cookie bar to choose a variety of cookies to try. I filled one of the boxes with chocolate chip, praline, salted caramel, and key lime cookies. They were all fantastic. The cookies are small and so crispy, making them a nice bite. Highly recommend a trip to Byrd's cookie bar.
