The food is nothing as it once was. The fish looks like it was cut in half lengthwise before it was breaded. They were overcooked and lacked flavor. The macaroni came in a small bowl that would have been better used for tarter sauce. For the price we paid, we should have at least enjoyed the meal.

Latasha was so very rude and inconsiderate. Kept cutting me off to the point she got my order wrong. Took 20 minutes to fix and didn’t apologize once. Being unkind to people is a very nasty trait to have in 2025.

Depending on who is cooking, it can be fresh or it can be old. The wait time can be hit and miss too. It shouldn't take 20 mins with 1 car in front to get 1 plate of food.

For my first experience at this place, I'm not impressed. Asked for ketchup and vinegar at the drive through. Only tartar sauce in the bag. Can't follow BASIC instructions that are TYPED right on the receipt.

Telias was wonderful. Toya the manager was the most sorry excuse for a manager I've ever seen. She made us wait 30 minutes on food that she forgot to drop, than would not even speak or look at us when I asked why food ordered after us was coming out first. If she is working as the store manager we will not go back till they find someone who actually cares about running a restaurant.

So, I just went to the captain ds since they reopened. There use to be one where parkers is now, behind CVS, but that was long ago. I loved it so much, I ate it two nights in a row!!
