The general manager Mr. Frankie was outstanding, pleasant, friendly, and also very knowledgeable about his product and the business I wish this captain D’s, all the success in the world and welcome back to my side of town

I ordered 2 of the large seafood gumbo to go. I went through the drive thru window to purchase. The 2 Styrofoam bowls were stacked on top of each other. I held onto them tbe entire way home so they would not tip over. Upon getting out of the car the bottom of the paper bag was soaked and it was everywhere.When I got inside the lid to the bottom bowl had melted which made the top bowl sink into bottom one pushing it out. What a mess.

Went to captain D’s in February 2024 drove up to the drive thr waited no one ever said anything got to the window lady came over and stated to her I wanted to place an order and that I was waiting and no one ever acknowledged me so I thought it was broke she told me I had to drive back around! She then walked away from the window and never came back about 3 minutes later someone else came stating they were the manager and she told me I had to drive back around to place an order. She explained they were busy and short staff. Doing that time it was only one car behind me I just think that was poor customer service and if they continue at that rate they will soon be close for business.

Courteous staff, very clean location. I had my food before I sat down.
It wasn't crowded at all and our food was very hot. The staff was friendly and even delivered our food to our table. I hope the community will support this location. I know we have a lot of seafood restaurants in our coastal area, but Captain D's will not disappoint. I will definitely return. I ordered fish and chips, hushpuppies and coleslaw....delicious. My husband ordered fish, fries and clam strips....delicious. Oh, they also have The Cheesecake Factory cheesecake!

We were in town for a high school football game and decided to eat at Captain D'S the food came up fast and was really good. The service was great too. The manager on duty seemed to be a true team leader.Vegetarian options: I ate the broccoli. Corn salad green beans also
