Great food, probably the best restaurant connected with SCAD's meal plan. I think you have to have a SCAD ID to eat here. But if you are a SCAD student I highly recommend Carnival over 75% of the other SCAD dining choices.

Carnival is hands-down, one of the most accessible and tasty meal spots on campus. The people there are always very helpful and extremely quick to have your food ready. There is a medium sized selection of food and the chicken Katsu with white rice and the teriyaki chicken is phenomenal. The atmosphere is always jamming and there’s almost always music playing. Highly highly highly recommend you visit carnival.

I went here all the time for my late dinner when I work at Monty, but this time the old manager here was just horribly rude.He didn't give me a caveat that they only have chicken katsu with white rice without veggies, then aggressively respond at me with the words "We have only katsu and rice, you want it, or not?" when I ordered teriyaki chicken. I was even fine at this point and ready to pay with my meal plan, I just told him you don't have to be this aggressive. Then he unbelievably rudely skipped me and asked the next one in the line to order.I was totally stunned by the experience this time. This manager needs to be replaced.

Carnival my beluvd, i love it here. Sometimes the music is a bit loud but its such a good spot! I love the staff here! Theyre very kind and work so hard, i'll be sad to say goodbye when i graduate

Honestly the best scad dining place to go. The manager there is super cool and the vibes are always good. You get your food extremely fast and unlike the other dining halls, you don’t get food poisoning. The chicken katsu is good.
