This is the third online order I’ve placed, only to end up waiting and waiting while all of the walk-ins are promptly served. I put my order in at 7, was given a pickup time of 7:30, and STILL had to wait in the store for 45 minutes for them to make my order.I’m not sure what they’re doing, but going next door to Chipotle to see how they manage online and in-person orders would do them a lot of good. Not sure why, in 2024, online orders are such a nightmare at this place.

Food is good unfortubately if you order online it takes longer than driving to the store. Order is 30 minutes late so far with multiple people waiting on takeout while they continue to seeve walkins first. A persistent problem for this store, if it was only a rare occurance I wouldnt dock them but management needs to work on this.

The staff (Felicia and Kia) were super friendly and had great customer service. Even with a line out the door, they took the time to answer questions about the food. The food was hot and fresh. I recommend the harrissa + avocado bowl.

My brown rice was so hard it literally almost broke my tooth. Not one hard piece of rice it was through out my entire meal. Could not enjoy one favorite it’s gone be a while before I can go back.
