Cha Bella was a phenomenal experience! The restaurant is far on the east side of downtown Savannah and off the main path. Glad we found this gem and experienced it. Great food, great service, and the ambiance was subtle and quiet. I will definitely fine with Cha Bella.

La foccacia est bonne, dommage pour le gout de brulé. Les pates au champignon, oignons confits, bacon sont assez fades, heuresement que le bacon releve le plat.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed dinner at Cha Bella's. Chris was just wonderful and the food was superb. We look forward to coming back.

I was not expecting to experience that level of flavor when I walked in. The food is top tier and just as much an experience as it is sustenance. I actually had to switch to wine from beer, as beer hindered the flavor experience, a first for me, who is used to primarily sustenance. The bartender Josh offered spot on suggestions for food and complementary wine pairings. Truly a mind-blowing experience in terms of food and flavor, which is most of what we are there for. The staff is upscale and professional but relatable and friendly. The building was probably built in the 1800s, and could benifit from newer doors, updated latrines, and decor and seating maybe. I will be back for occasions that I truly want to be special.

2nd time at this restaurant in the past 12 months and both times the food has been OK..Tonight, the pork chop was over cooked, the rack of lamb was medium and not medium rare as ordered, the grupper over risotto was good but the risotto was bland. The beet and citrus salad had too much dressing. The wine list is nice but our selection, a Chateauneuf du Pape, was too rustic with a very heavily pronounced presence of Brettanomyces.

We were there for a special night out and found the service lacking. The hostess Nina was wonderful and came back to visit our table, but our server was not very friendly and did not explain questions about food or cocktail choices. Wouldn't return from this experience unfortunately. Menu was limited. Beautiful atmosphere though.

Dined here last year for my birthday, was very excited to share the experience this year with family and sadly it was very lacking.

Uninspired. This restaurant is farm to table. Tell the story!! Nothing. Waiter was nice but the staff need to clean their act up. He needs to dress the part, neat and tidy and not sweating. We share everything and end up with a three course meal, one appetizer and two mains. Charging a fee to split the salad, which we did not ask for, is an insult. Maybe if we all share we would not have an obesity issue in this country. Salad was nice no explanation of what the fresh ingredients were. The risotto was tasting but not hot. Maybe if it was served in warm bowls, it would keep its warmth. The Ragu pasta was over sauced. The deserts where three one being strawberry ice cream. Come on. You can do better than that. Lot better in Savannah!!!

We enjoyed our dinner very much! Our waiter m, Chris was friendly and attentive. The menu was original and the food tasted very fresh! We liked that most of the food is locally sourced and fresh-not frozen. For an appetizer we loved the Bella Foccacia, and shared a tasty beer and citrus salad (YUM!). Loved our entrees of GA White Shrimp Rissoto, and the mushroom papperdelle. For dessert we had the key lime pie-very flavorful! Love that the menu is always changing!

My husband and I had never been to Savannah before choosing to have our wedding here. Therefore, picking a place for our reception was a little nerve racking. The staff at Cha Bella quickly eased our minds with their incredible service and accommodations. We chose to have a reception of about 50 people on their lower patio and it was gorgeous. The space was perfect for the kids to run around and play and adults to share a toast. ? The staff was amazing accommodating my numerous wedding playlists, wedding video and speeches. We even had a little too much fun with a cake smash and they were more than happy to help with the cleanup. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding and are so grateful we chose Cha Bella. They’re extremely professional, helpful and a great choice for your next event

We had the best experience at Cha Bella last evening! Beautiful outdoor patio that we were able to enjoy with our dogs. Cocktails were inventive and delicious. We started with the mezz platter- so fresh and amazing flavors! We had the filet and shrimp risotto. Highly recommend both. We ended with the goat cheese cheesecake- unique and so good!! The service was spot on.. attentive, helpful and so friendly and genuine. Highly, highly recommend!

What a charming little restaurant! Still learning about all of the good places to eat, so I chose to try this one to celebrate my husband's birthday. It was fabulous!!! We will definitely be repeat diners. Food was fresh and well prepared. We shared the bread & crab cake and then each had a different seafood pasta dish. Yum!

We were traveling through Savannah on a last minute trip. We often use Open Table to find quality dining when traveling. The notes about farm to table caught my attention so we decided to give it a try. FABULOUS doesn't begin to describe our experience. My husband a definitely a meat and potatoes guy and he said the filet melted in his mouth, best he had—and he's not easy to please. I tried the duck braised ragu with house made pasta. And we shared the key lime pie for dessert. Everything was wonderful. If we ever find ourselves in Savannah again, we will definitely be back!

I reached out to Cha Bella to ask if they could accommodate a vegan couple celebrating their anniversary. Accomodate they could, but they went so far above and beyond. I received customized options beforehand along with price points (VERY reasonable), and about a week prior to made our reservation for dinner. We had a special menu wishing us “Happy Anniversary” with all of our menu options, had TOP TIER service from start to finish, and the food was BEYOND our expectations. We cannot tell you how special, cared for, and honored we were to spend our evening at Cha Bella. A million times over we recommend!!! Such a beautiful memory that’s surely going to be the marker for all future anniversaries. Thank you to EVERYONE at Cha Bella for making a couple looking for a romantic meal feel like young people in love. It was perfect.
