EXCELLENT! I can’t say enough good things about this gem. From service, to food, to atmosphere, everything was amazing. Spent our last night in Savannah here for dinner and it was the perfect close for a perfect weekend.

We had our post-wedding ceremony dinner for 35 people on the upper patio 10/3/2025. We were nothing but impressed with the food, decorations and the staff. The planning process was easy and honestly, reasonably priced given the occasion. Our only knit-pick would be that another party was happening on the lower patio during our dinner that made speeches and table conversation hard, however, the staff went out of their way to quiet down the other crowd. Luckily, a speaker with a mic was available from Cha Bella. Unless you rent out the entire space, I would expect for the other patio / areas nearby to have guests. Afterword's, we had quite a few from our own party claim this was the best wedding food they've ever had, and we agree wholeheartedly! Thanks again Candice & team for a wonderful evening

Very disappointed. From the outside, I was excited. Besides the small room to your left when you enter, the rest of the restaurant is cold and sterile. Was seated directly under the AC vent which is not good. The appetizers were delicious. We ordered the bucatini and it was terrible. No flavor at all. The noodles seemed like they were sitting in water for a long time. The bowl also had a lot of water at the bottom. It felt like some important ingredient was missing since there was no flavor. One of the worst pasta dishes I’ve had. To top it off while we were finishing dinner they were rearranging the furniture like we weren’t there.

We loved our experience here! We sat outside. It was lovely. Our waiters were extremely attentive and engaging. We were treated very well. I had pasta, my companion had the risotto. Both were amazingly delicious. The pasta was made in house and was perfection. Every employee We encountered was polite, kind, and enthusiastic. It was a pleasure. Thank you for the great experience and delicious food. The cocktails were great as well!

Amazing restuarant. We live in the Atlanta area and make the trip every year when we vacation in Hilton Head. It is about an hour from HH but definitely worth it. If we lived closer we would come all the time. Great food, great drinks, get people! I highly recommend Cha Bella to everyone in the area!

Service was great employees were great. But the whole time we were there seemed like we were being rushed. I was looking forward to this meal and figured with those prices it would be good. We basically paid 200$ for a steak dinner and appetizer that was completely disappointing. Id probably go for drinks and some appetizers but the food was not worth the prices.
Rarely does anyone get my steak just right and they nailed it! Couldn't have been more pleased

Beautiful atmosphere on the patio! The swings were a great touch! Nina the hostess was an adorable ray of sunshine!! Such a friendly energetic personality!! We thought this is going to be great. We were a group of 8 who made the reservation 6 weeks prior to arrival. Kris our waiter started out strong but quickly fizzled. He was quite pushy while we ordered our meals…example, I ordered the mushroom papperdelle, and he kept saying I would like shrimp on it, and I stated several times I did not want shrimp on it. My friend ordered the focaccia bread as an appetizer. The meals were delivered at various times. My meal was brought with shrimp on it, after stating I didn’t want shrimp. My meal and another meal were barely lukewarm. The focaccia bread never showed up. Kris never returned after meals were delivered. He came back to clear the plates and asked how everything was, my friend and I both stated the food was very tasty but it was barely lukewarm. He said we should have told him, hard to do when he never returned. We mentioned the focaccia bread was never delivered and he told us he could bring some now, after the meal….no thank you. Kris stated we had reservations at 7:00 on a Friday night and that is a busy time…not good customer service. Check your bills closely. Some of our checks were to be evenly split between two credit cards, when the receipts came back my check was $10 off from the other person splitting the bill with me, and the other to be split went totally one of the two splitting their check. Overall the food was great, but wait service and customer service. I would try this restaurant again hoping for a different wait staff.
