We hosted our baby shower at Cha Bella for brunch and it was absolutely incredible! The food was amazing, the staff was wonderful and Mary was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely host another event here. What a great spot!!!

This is a high quality spot, off the beaten trail spot with absolute delicious plates. Our steak was perfectly cooked, the smashed potatoes has the most delicious aioli sauce, and the cheese plate had perfectly selected cheeses. We contemplated coming back here for a second night in a row on our trip to Savannah!

My husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary at your establishment. I was so impressed with EVERYTHING! The atmosphere was excellent with great music. The service was amazing and Anthony was kind, attentive and helpful. Last but certainly not least the food. This was by far the best steak I have ever had! The Gorgonzola and carmalized onions on top WOW! I also ordered the smashed potatoes topped with garlic aoli was definitely five star worthy.

The food was excellent. The grouper was succulent, the lamb chops a lovely medium rare with nice crust. The sides were very nice. Seating was comfortable. The only drawbacks were that the music was a bit loud, so all the conversation was louder than it could have been. And our waiter smelled of marijuana.
The grouper was delicious, as was my partner's steak. Or server was very personable and nice.
We had a lovely evening out as nine friends who were in Savannah for a girls' weekend. The service was excellent, we all had delicious food, and we even got placed next to a cozy fireplace. Would definitely recommend!
On the main things by which we judge a restaurant, Cha Bella was great. The food was excellent and well presented -- beautiful. Our only quibble was sometimes a tad sweet to our taste, but not crazy so and the flavors more than made up for it. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable. We sat outside and it was quiet and a nice ambience. It was a bit oddly underpopulated for such a good meal with nice outdoor seating on a Saturday night. Who knows, but maybe that had something to do with the reason I took off one star -- the floor seemed a bit lacking in management. The kitchen nailed it and our waiter was solid, but the overall management of the floor was lacking. Who was in charge? No one welcomed us, no one sat us, no one checked our reservation until we were half way through. There's a need to tighten the belt a bit. But I will take good food over floor management any day.
Service was ok. My girlfriend got a meal she didn't care for and they took it back but didn't even offer to get a menu or ask if she wanted anything else. So I had to finish my meal while she had nothing to eat. The server only came back on other time after that and just took the plate away.

This was unfortunately one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in quite a while. I ordered my steak medium, but it arrived nearly blue rare. I sent it back twice, and although the third attempt was finally cooked to medium, it tasted charred and was basically inedible.
Go to the Charter House in Savannah it was a 10/10 you won’t regret!! They even print your last name on the menu with a reservation!
If you’re still reading nothing about the food or atmosphere felt special, and the dining area was also very dark, which didn’t help the experience. My family had similar issues with their meals as well. We were visiting Savannah on vacation and left this restaurant feeling disappointed, especially after seeing so many positive reviews that didn’t match what we experienced. I don’t want to comment on the server we had, I think he had a mental disability because we could barely understand what he was saying. We felt bad and still tipped him even though he completely disappeared after my steak was still undercooked the second time.
I really hope the restaurant takes feedback like this seriously, because the quality just wasn’t there during our visit.

Cancelled the reservation for Dec 30th that I’ve had for almost a month due to “getting ready for the new year”. Maybe you should’ve not had those dates available to people traveling to Savannah for the holiday weekend on apps like open table. Looks like another restaurant I won’t ever visit when in town. Super irresponsible and rude of the management to not think of travelers with families trying to make plans.
