Service was very very slow - Everything from drinks to food took forever to receive. Food was very average to low quality. Restaurant was cold and playing lid pop and hip hop music . Not a high end restaurant- will not return

Since moving to Georgia 8 months ago, we had missed the amazing cuisine of Delray Beach, no longer. The Charthouse did not disappoint. We were a party of 10, our server (Arianna)did a great job. Everything was tasty, well portioned and delicious (except the calamari) . We had a great experience. Thank you

It's possible this was an off night. But our experience was not good. They brought trash through the dining room to take out. The prime rib was bland. Bright spots were the wine and the old fashioned. Great location, but service was off. Waiter tried to sell restaurant club membership during dinner.

We had high hopes for our visit to Chart House Savannah, but unfortunately the service really missed the mark. From the time we arrived, it took nearly two hours for our entrees to come out. By the time our food finally arrived, we only had about three minutes to eat because we had reservations for another event. For a restaurant in this price range, it was disappointing to experience such long waits and mediocre service. No one wants to spend that kind of money just to feel rushed through their meal. The food itself was fine, but the overall experience was overshadowed by the delays and lack of pacing. With better service timing, this could be a much better dining experience.

I took a friend to the Chart House for her 60th birthday. I've not been there, but I knew it is known as a fantastic restaurant...or should I say, experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like celebrities. Very nice and attentive. And the food...WOW! My friend had the prime rib and I enjoyed the salmon. So delicious! The experience was worth every penny. I will definitely go back.

We go to this restaurant quite often the service and food is Excellent one of the better restaurants in Savannah. The menu has got a great variety of food,we took a guest for dinner he had roast beef,said it is the best he ever had. KEEP THE STANDARD AS IS Thanks to the excellent staff and restaurant manager.

Ordered the Kimchi Calamari, which was no where near the flavor of kimchi, more like shrimp sauce; completely over breaded, couldn't taste the Calamari. Main course were good. Risotto was tasty but too stiff. Sea Bass cooked excellently. Prime rib was cook beautifully very thin and one piece was mostly fat.
Awful experience. Won't be back. The food was blah, the wait time for our cold dinner was long, out of a lot of selections and charged $475 for a $175 bottle of wine. Although it was corrected it added to the poor experience. We were on a business dinner so didn't want to make a big deal shouldn't have had to deal with it. I'm not one to complain about anything but when everything was off it makes for a less then desirable experience.

The waiter was new and told me yall dont stir the spinach salad and that was not correct . Also it was for a birthday and her name “Angel” was not put on

The server, bar service, and food were all terrible. Food was greatly over cooked, took 30 minutes for a drink, which came after salad. This was a great shame as Chart House is much better than every part of this experience.
