1) Food was good. 2) Service (Waiter = Ian) was GREAT! 3) Ambiance was nice -- would have been nice to have one of the window tables that remained empty the entire time we were there 4) Noise level was acceptable -- our table was next to where the crew checked in....so heavy traffic at switch change Overall...a solid dining experience

The meatball appetizer was amazing! Some foods unavailable-not sure if due to a holiday weekend. Chad was an excellent server very attentive and we we given a slice of cake due to the food inconveniences. Would return!

Great dinner in a nice environment. Just one thing....my baked potato was obviously cooked in a microwave and I did not like that. For $ 8 it needs to be a true baked potato. It was really bad.

We had a special event, my wife's 75th birthday. The Chart House team made it super special for her. Personalized menus for everyone with her name on it! Jeffrey our waiter was excellent and very attentive to all our needs. The food, as usual, was outstanding. My wife said it was a most memorable birthday that she will long remember.

We went for a casual dinner. We loved the place. The music and the ambience was really nice and the food was exquisite!! The chef's choice was one of the most delicious crab dish I've ever taste. Another plate we loved was the massels the flavor was really nice and the touch of garlic gave the plate a nice mix to it. The waitress was really kind and the service was really good overall! Definitely would recommend this place if you are celebrating a special occasion or just wanting to have a good time!

Start to finish, our experience was phenomenal. I unfortunately can't remember our server's name but she was amazing. My girlfriends and I each took advantage of the Chart Your Course special which is an awesome value. Everything was hot & delicious. And the lava cake at the end was very tasty as well. Well worth the drive downtown in a torrential downpour.

Filet Mignon was a bit overdone. Mashed potatoes were average. Service was very slow. Not waitresses fault, just understaffed. Waitress was very nice and professional.

This is a must-do restaurant that we have always visited when we come to Savannah. It has been our daughter's favorite place since they were children. This time, we were not disappointed. Chad was a superb waiter. Very attentive and knew the menu inside and out. We also appreciated the personal visit by the manager that evening. The food is always great and they are quick to resolve any concerns with a smile. We recommend this gem of a restaurant if you are looking for a truly superlative dinner.

Our experience at Chart House was .. meeehh. Prior to our arrival we read several reviews which were hit or miss. Some raved about the experiences other indicated a less than “Chart House” experience, there was really no consistency; we hit an off night. After arriving to a less than busy dinner service, we sat for several minutes before someone finally came my by and took our drink ordered. After this initial wait, the attentiveness improved. My wife ordered the Shellfish Bouillabaisse, and I the 10oz prime rib off the “Charter Your Own Course” selection, medium rare, Caesar Salad. The salad came out in an interesting edible cheese basket, which appeared to be crunchy, and would have been great and a complement to the salad, but instead was rubbery and hard to chew; salad ok. The prime rib arrived with a side of au-juice and horseradish sauce. Everybody's, enjoys their horseradish sauce differently and while I enjoy mine to the point that it blasts out your nose, we all enjoy a prime rib that is juicy. Looks like all the juice had been sucked out and was in the little side given with the slice; disappointing. Edible, but dry, mash garlic potatoes, average. Glass of J.Lohr was the highlight of the meal, oh and the dirty martini pre dinner cocktail. Hopefully management will take this information and look for consistency in the overall all Chart House experience to their customers. If this can be achieved, more customers may visit knowing they are not flipping a coin on whether it will be a memorable night, or just an off night at the Chart House; thanks for the Landry points !

Food was great but server had to many tables plus she was bartender. She did her best but like I said just couldn't give the kind of service CH is known for.

The sea bass with lobster risoto was excellent and a healthy portion. The she crap soup needed more crab, while the clam chowder was chocked full of clams and so good. The chocolate lava cake was warm and delicious. It had been years since I'd visited The Chart House and it was great to see that it still is a great placer to eat and the service was wonderful.
