Mixed bag for food for the first time. 2 of us were very happy with our selections (NE Clam chowder & Beet Salad), 2 of us were not (both had seafood carbonara). Carbonara was not only not a good value but the food itself was not up to par. Carbonara sauce was too thick, pasta was overcooked, and most importantly, there was only shrimp, no lobster as advertised. We have enjoyed The Chart House many times. This time was a disappointment.

The service and food were outstanding! Scott was the best waiter we've had in a long time. His impeccable service and good recommendations made our whole experience memorable.

Quality of food, service and ambiance were top notch. Added bonus of being a Landry's Select member gave us a wonderful experience and best table. Thank you and will definitely be back when we're in Savannah.

Manager Houston was very accommodating. He visited our table twice and was very professional and friendly. Our waitress Avril was excellent. We loved the food and service. It was a perfect evening.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible experience with a horrible waitress that we saw maybe twice. Took 20 min to get water 20 to get drinks, served wrong food, had to ask another waiter to pay because our waitress never came back. Manager knew what experience we were having and offered nothing except a poor excuse of an apology .

Initially we were sat by the stairs and front door on lower level which had more of a bar vibe. Requested to be moved and thankfully we were given a nice table on 2nd level by a window. Immediately felt 100% more relaxed and really enjoyed our meal. It was nice to watch thunderstorms from inside while we ate dessert. Thanks to Chart House for accommodating our table move request, it made all the difference and we had an amazing experience. Enjoyed the filet, spicy sea bass with mango sticky rice, lava cake, pomegranate martini. Great location, great service. Thank you!

The Chart House is my husband's favorite restaurant and he enjoyed a memorable Father's Day dinner.

Overall a real disappointment. While our server, Ariana, was very good, not much else was noteworthy. Gin and tonic had flat tonic. Wife's swordfish was overcooked and very fishy tasting. My sea bass was fine but the lobster risotto was too salty to eat. Would not recommend this place and, with many other better choices in Savannah, will not return.

Fabulous food and drinks. Attentive service and awesome venue. The chocolate bourbon drink was so good. Filets, crab cake and coconut shrimp were delicious! Highly recommend

Wife and I sat on the patio with a gorgeous river view and nice breeze. Staff was attentive and responsive. Food was incredible, I got the Ahi and my wife got the small filet. Green beans as a side and all was totally delicious! Then to top it off we split a famous hot chocolate lava cake! Omg that was one of the best desserts my wife and i ever had! Definitely will come back here!

Chart House goes out if their way to welcome guests and treats everyone like family. Deserves a 5 star Micheiln rating

The staff was great. Our waitress was so sweet and professional. We sat outside on balcony. Unfortunately a large river boat was docked in front of us so couldn't enjoy the waterfront but the 2 large container ships that went by dwarfed the boat. weather was lovely. Best coffee we've had anywhere for a very long time. Enjoyed our last night in Savannah!

The dinner was very good and our server Joshua was one of the best we have ever had. Very personable and made sure we were well taken care of. Will definitely go back.

It was a disappointing experience for a Christmas dinner. When I spoke to the chef who answered the phone and took my reservation, I decided to get the membership on his suggestion. I’m wondering why. He said there would be several stand out things when we came, including meeting one of the chefs. None of it happened. We had a sign on our table that said VIP, but I’m wondering why because who would’ve known. Our server was very pleasant, but the wrong dishes were brought out for all 3 courses. The bread never arrived. One of the wine glasses had a chip. The prime rib was reasonably good (although that fat was still milky white and the plate was not well presented) as was the lobster bisque, but my chowder did not taste like it was made in the kitchen. Appallingly, I saw one of the staff resetting the table next to us bring the 4 water glasses to the table and he was carrying them in one hand with his fingers in each of the glasses with no gloves on. It made me sorry I’d drunk out of mine. I now regret purchasing the membership.
