Overall a real disappointment. While our server, Ariana, was very good, not much else was noteworthy. Gin and tonic had flat tonic. Wife's swordfish was overcooked and very fishy tasting. My sea bass was fine but the lobster risotto was too salty to eat. Would not recommend this place and, with many other better choices in Savannah, will not return.
Fabulous food and drinks. Attentive service and awesome venue. The chocolate bourbon drink was so good. Filets, crab cake and coconut shrimp were delicious! Highly recommend
Wife and I sat on the patio with a gorgeous river view and nice breeze. Staff was attentive and responsive. Food was incredible, I got the Ahi and my wife got the small filet. Green beans as a side and all was totally delicious! Then to top it off we split a famous hot chocolate lava cake! Omg that was one of the best desserts my wife and i ever had! Definitely will come back here!
Chart House goes out if their way to welcome guests and treats everyone like family. Deserves a 5 star Micheiln rating
The staff was great. Our waitress was so sweet and professional. We sat outside on balcony. Unfortunately a large river boat was docked in front of us so couldn't enjoy the waterfront but the 2 large container ships that went by dwarfed the boat. weather was lovely. Best coffee we've had anywhere for a very long time. Enjoyed our last night in Savannah!
The dinner was very good and our server Joshua was one of the best we have ever had. Very personable and made sure we were well taken care of. Will definitely go back.
It was a disappointing experience for a Christmas dinner. When I spoke to the chef who answered the phone and took my reservation, I decided to get the membership on his suggestion. I’m wondering why. He said there would be several stand out things when we came, including meeting one of the chefs. None of it happened. We had a sign on our table that said VIP, but I’m wondering why because who would’ve known. Our server was very pleasant, but the wrong dishes were brought out for all 3 courses. The bread never arrived. One of the wine glasses had a chip. The prime rib was reasonably good (although that fat was still milky white and the plate was not well presented) as was the lobster bisque, but my chowder did not taste like it was made in the kitchen. Appallingly, I saw one of the staff resetting the table next to us bring the 4 water glasses to the table and he was carrying them in one hand with his fingers in each of the glasses with no gloves on. It made me sorry I’d drunk out of mine. I now regret purchasing the membership.
Amazing. Savannahs best restaurant, by far! Great staff, amazing food!

So I want to say this with love bc the service was top tier. Our server was such a doll. We went to this place for my mom's birthday. It was really neat for them to customize the menu with her birthday and name. We appreciated that touch. My reason for marking this place 3 starts is 1. The atmosphere is very upscale but the music was a little too loud. Loved it though. 2. The food and this is a big one. Our appetizers were good however our main courses were in no way shape or form match the quality of which they are priced. We ordered prime rib with mashed potatoes, filet w/ mash, strip w/ mash and salmon with veggies....each of our proteins were not hot. I understand that they wanted to bring our food out at the same time but if I could see my meat shiny ish as if it was sitting under a lamp, don't bring it out. Our mashed potatoes looked like they were sitting out as well. We all know the look of food like that. While it was good it's upsetting to pay $500 for it. I could have easily returned the food but I just don't feel good about doing that especially bc of the timing, we arrived at 4 when no one else was there and by time we got our food the place was filling up.

We always enjoy the Chart House and a small issue we had was handled very well by the manager and so it wouldn't put us off going again. It would be worth noting that the balcony is under repair at the moment .
Excellent food and view of the River. Waitress was very attentive, and sweet. I ordered a fish plate and a pasta plate came out. She offered to fix it, but I declined. I don't waste food. However, we had a coupon for a free appetizer and were billed full price. We had that corrected.. I would highly recommend, the mistakes were understandable.
We had a great meal celebrating our anniversary. My wife has been looking forward to the Crab Legs for sometime. The $55 Prime Rib Chart menu was a great value. Had a wonderful night!
Service was a little off - some courses were too quick others were too slow - volume on music was too loud at times - the column seemed to go up and down - either too loud or too soft - food was good
Dani and Matt were awesome! Matt is so knowledgeable and helpful and Dani gave me the best recommendations. The food is melt in ur mouth good the service is the icing on the cake .. best place in savannah will be back to see my fave fellow new yorkers!!!
