So I want to say this with love bc the service was top tier. Our server was such a doll. We went to this place for my mom's birthday. It was really neat for them to customize the menu with her birthday and name. We appreciated that touch. My reason for marking this place 3 starts is 1. The atmosphere is very upscale but the music was a little too loud. Loved it though. 2. The food and this is a big one. Our appetizers were good however our main courses were in no way shape...

We always enjoy the Chart House and a small issue we had was handled very well by the manager and so it wouldn't put us off going again. It would be worth noting that the balcony is under repair at the moment .

Excellent food and view of the River. Waitress was very attentive, and sweet. I ordered a fish plate and a pasta plate came out. She offered to fix it, but I declined. I don't waste food. However, we had a coupon for a free appetizer and were billed full price. We had that corrected.. I would highly recommend, the mistakes were understandable.
