Sooo I asked the cashier if the pearls can pop. I’m new to the Boba Game so I didn’t know. And she said yea. So I ordered the brown sugar Pearl and kept saying with the popping pearls.When I get it and find out it’s not popping I get told by the manager that it doesn’t come with popping pearls. So I give them back the drink and tell them I will reorder. When I wait in the line and get back to the register I’m told I have to pay again without a refund. The manager told the girl to say that! So I said to the cashier, that it wasn’t my fault because I asked her if they popped. So the manager said they can subtract a dollar for the pearls. So ridiculous that they rather lose a returning customer over $7 that was their mistake. The front girl was polite but the manager doesn’t care about her customers or at least not me or my money. That’s how I felt anyways.

Boba tea can be a rarity to find in Savannah. So they really went out of the park here and its pretty reasonably priced too. I usually get either honeydew or taro and my partner usually gets strawberry. Definitely come here if you want some boba while in Savannah and not kung poo dusty tea.Also come here not on the weekend because then 20 giggling scad girls and theys will be congregating and it will take an hour to order a drink.

I went here with my brother and we loved it! The cashier (I think her name was Jiye) was so nice and I asked for her suggestion on what to get and now I’m hooked. We went on Saturday a few weeks back and have come back a couple times since.

Refused to give us a drink/refund after my son received a disgusting, overly sweet drink. We were extremely polite! Rude and mean man treated us like garbage. Any other place would try to please the customer or offer a refund! Shoppers

my daughter and a friend of hers visit y'all today while on field trip. evidently they stood there for an hour after paying and when asked for a refund y'all refused. really way to take advantage of 12-year-old kids. that's pathetic

They will refuse to remake your order if they mess it up. We ordered 30% sweetness and it tasted like syrup, not tea. We were told they cannot remake drinks. Extremely poor customer service.

The food is BS. Their wings are not worth it you have to pay extra for ranch when ranch come with wings. 9x out of 10 highly does not recommend.
